I had a wonderful Reiki session with Faith today. Faith was interested in how I was feeling and took time to explain what would happen in the session. I felt calm and very relaxed, the warmth coming from her hands is an incredible feeling. After the session Faith shared her findings with me and gave me opportunity to share anything I had felt - all very interesting. The treatment room is very cosy and quiet, I wanted to stay on the couch all wrapped up!! I would highly recommend ????

I can't recommend Mayura Yoga Studios highly enough. Paula Mayura the founder of Mayura yoga has created a wonderful bright, clean and professional studio that has stunning views over the estuary. She has taught hundreds of students and her experience and enthusiasm shines though.
All of the staff are warm and welcoming and every aspect is run professionally so that you can be sure you are in safe hands.
Yoga has changed my life on all levels for the better. The various classes suit all levels and the friendly environment makes you want to return for more.
My thanks to Paula and her lovely staff.

I restarted yoga at Mayura this morning after a 5 years break for medical reasons. I felt completely comfortable and extremely happy during and after my lesson. The lesson with Paula was very good and the people in my class were very friendly. All in all i am so pleased i have chosen the Mayura Studio to return to yoga.

I have been attending classes at Mayura for about 6 years and it has become my second home. The teachers and staff are so lovely and I have made so many close friends. The studio is beautiful and has such a calming atmosphere with the added benefit of looking out over the estuary. I am at my happiest when attending my classes at Mayura and have gained a lot of knowledge and experience from my yoga teachers. It is a big part of my life coming to the studio and I hope this will continue for many more years.

Mayura is a wonderful peaceful setting with lovely and welcoming staff. There are a variety of classes available whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner. Classes may also be done online, which is very useful if you're unable to make it to the studio. I have been attending Mayura for around three years now and highly recommend it.

My first visit since lockdown was in all aspects very good. The Mayura studio as you would expect was meticulously clean with all the necessary health precautions in place. The class with Paula was a dream and I loved the whole experience, it was not my usual class but perfect for me and I shall be going next week too.

This place is a wonderful haven of calm, gentle learning. I have been doing yoga intermittently for years. Mayura Yoga has everything I was looking for. A peaceful, accepting environment for someone who tends towards being clumsy and not very bendy, but has aspirations of a warrior pose without the wobble. They have a timetable that just keeps improving - both in variety and times. The studio manages to be open to the sea, but feel private at the same time. All the yoga accoutrements are supplied, which is handy for those warm days when I ride my bike instead of looking for parking on the sea front. Advanced booking is essential for the popular times.

I've gained so much from being a member at Mayura, the positive encouragement enables me to totally detach myself from the outside world.
I've never been to a Yoga studio created for the individual. This is an environment totally about the student to feel comfortable in, with encouragement, not judgement all along the way. This unique haven provides a calm, safe place for your own practice supported by kind staff living Yoga in their lifes journey. This experience enjoyed by so many is the fruit Paula Mayura investment, I'm not just talking about the financial, but her love and devotion to Yoga as a way of life for all, and indeed her continued involvement to ensue it continues to grow and flourish.
