Its a LEASEHOLD. An agent from FIMCO tried selling with out explaining or even mentioning about lease hold. As a foreign investor, this could be damaging for any real estate market to sell products without complete or hiding information from investors

Guys. This property is for leasehold. Only for 69 years. And they collect money and deposit in their account. If you ask them you want to deposit in escrow account. They don't do. Property is good but your money is not in safe hand
