Good place to stay for bachelor and family both.. it's located to near jabel ali free zone so it's easy to up down if you're working there. Here you can access swimming pool service, garden for kids, open gym instrument, ATM, Super market everything is in one place.

I visited The Therapy Life Centre with vestibular related vertigo. I had 5-6 sessions of cranio therapy and it was fantastic.
I could physically feel the improvement after every session.
Fortunately my vestibular issues have corrected themselves but I will still have cranio therapy on a regular basis
Can’t fault Hayley and the team

Therapy Life Centre is a fantastic venue with a warm, welcoming vibe.

I visit TLC regularly for Transformational Breathing workshops hosted by Celia Leslie. It’s a phenomenal therapy with dramatic results. It has helped me to change my life exponentially.

Therapy Life Centre offers an array of holistic therapies to support growth and healing and I can’t recommend them enough.

Cannot thank Deb enough for my wonderful massage. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, what a kind, beautiful soul she is..and a great energy which made me feel even more relaxed when having my treatment!

Couldnt reccomend going for a treatment at TLC enough, wonderful people and when you arrive they make you feel so welcome which is relaxing in itself... and also when you leave they make sure your okay as well! You'll leave feeling like a new person, relaxed and stress free

I love having having natural treatments so if your looking for somewhere that has alternative treatments and threapy then definitely go here.. your body will thank you for it!

Thank you for making my 2nd treatment here wonderful, really has helped me feel amazing.. cannot wait to come back again very soon

We highly recommend Therapy Life Centre and the warm, friendly team. Three members of our family have had Cranio Sacral Therapy and it has made a huge difference to their health and wellbeing. Special thanks to Karen, Mich and Rob for all you do.

I suffered a slipped disc more than ten years ago. I have only ever had minor issues after the recovery but have always had a stiffness in the lower back. I was resigned to this being permanent.
During just one session Karen was able to immediately locate the site of the old injury and treat it. She has greatly improved this issue. Movement is so much freer than I can remember. I can barely believe how much better it is. It wasn’t bad to being with but is appreciably better now.
The therapy itself is a bit of an adventure. You do have to let yourself go with it. But I thoroughly recommend the adventure. The manipulations are subtle yet powerful. It’s amazing how such small mechanical adjustments help so much.
There’s much more to it than that, the emotional and unconscious treatment is fabulous in its own right. I can’t recommend the TLC and Karen in particular enough.

The Therapy Life Centre is a super place full of really lovely therapists who can help you with all manner of different things. Personally I have experienced and can highly recommend their Physiotherapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, sports massage and laughter yoga and meditation classes.

Just like to thank Hayley for helping to ease the pain. She is the most likeable therapist that I have been to see. She reduced my pain so that I was able to deal with it much more. She was always such a friendly and warm person to me. Thank you Hayley. Highly recommend using this Centre.

The support I have received from Therapy Life Centre has been tremendous. Grief / trauma hit me really hard. The various treatments offered helped me through a tough time in my life. Natural alternatives are the future and T L C has been life saving for me. Can't thank them enough.
