I've tried 2 of the beginners classes with David Slade. He's very knowledgeable and helps you get the poses right for best results. He's also very funny. I signed up for another block of classes.

Failed to provide the location of the class after calling and emailing, then failed to answer my email requesting a refund. Booked a class a month in advance and was planning on attending regularily, a shame the customer service isn’t there as they take your money and ignore you

David’s reformer Pilates classes are excellent. I have only been a few times and already feeling stronger. The studio is great and classes are small which means you get excellent teaching and feedback on your technique. I would highly recommend control fitness to all my family and friends.

I have been going to reformer classes with Tracey and David for about three years. I enjoy it so much. The small class sizes are great and every session is different, so it never gets boring. As an added bonus, I’ve made some lovely new friends! Highly recommend!

I am a fairly new member to Reformer Pilates and both Tracey and David have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and informative. I've got to really enjoying going to my classes and feel I am really missing out if I don't go, as it makes me feel so much better mentally and physically.

I have been attending Tracey and David’s classes for 3 years. They are both highly experienced and knowledgable teachers.
I look forward to their classes as they are fun, varied and challenging to help improve fitness, strength and flexibility.

Absolutely love the evening classes! David is a fabulous teacher - which is perfect being a beginner. Will definitely continue with my reformers & have already recommended to friends & family.

Pilates at Control Fitness has changed my relationship with working out. I used to hate it, but now I can't bear to miss a session! Love the studio, David is the best teacher and I love the people in my class and the result on my body and strength level is amazing.
