This is one of the best and big swimming pools in the city. every one is allowed to swim. Its very neat and well maintained. Evans residents can come here and enjoy the services. They have to enter the details of building no & apartment no & mobile number to the pool guard. You must need access card to enter the swimming pool. A best place to chit chat and enjoy the nature by resting on the sun bath beds. there are tables and chairs to sit.wash room is well maintained. Shower room also available. 2 table tennis ???? boards are available for the residents to play.its located near to building no 10 & 11, it's walkable distance to Ewans community mall. Pool depth is 5.5 ft. Easy for every one.. there is a kids swimming area also which is very easy for kids to swim.. it's is a heated swimming pool.. you can find hot water for swimming. Its a very big pool.. enjoy the facilities given by LOOTAH to Ewans Residents.

Such a welcoming, warm and friendly environment. I was introduced by a friend to Bex's wonderful meditation class after a tough time medically, and I now go to yoga at Free Spirit Studio four times a week! I'm naturally shy and hate gyms but feel so comfortable at the studio. Bex is kind, funny, positive and encouraging (no matter what your abilities are) and I always leave the studio feeling SO damn good!! A*******

I am so glad I've found this space. Such a warming, welcoming and beautiful establishment that makes up a lovely atmosphere (felt like I was in Bali or something). The people and instructors are all so lovely and I can't wait to be back for more classes. Thank you for holding such a wonderful space and what a gem in the middle of Thorpe Bay ✨????????

I was unsure about starting yoga at first however I can’t imagine life without it now. I go twice a week - to a class and a 1-2-1 session and I couldn’t speak more highly of Bex. As a person I always push myself and strive to do the best, yet Bex has taught me yoga should be a way to relax and not worry about being ‘perfect’ which has really helped me in not only my practice but my everyday life. The sessions are fun and challenging but at the end there is always time for meditation to reflect. I would definitely recommend :)

Lovely, unintimidating well being studio in Southend. I could not recommend it more highly for the choice of classes and the professionalism of the yogis and teachers of other fitness classes.
Bex, the owner of the studio, is an experienced, enthusiastic yogi. She has great spirituality,makes you feel relaxed and never overstretches you.
Finally, you are never too old to get into the yoga experience. Everyone is made welcome. The classes are not overpriced either. For instance, the cost of a basic relaxation yoga classes lasting one and a quarter hours is only £8.00-money well spent.

Tried a few yoga classes before finding Bex. And have never looked back! Her studio is truly welcoming to everyone and with the support of her and the others in the class I’ve grown more confident in my yoga practice.
I also started PT with Bex, and the sessions are awesomw! I love how much she pushes me and makes me feel like she’s totally invested in my progress.

A 5* rating for this amazing class is the only option in my opinion! Dance fit is not only a hard workout but it’s also fun! Hannah is very motivating and is always upbeat throughout the session. It is an enjoyable way to get your exercise in and you always come away feeling tired but also full of life ????

Great place to meet people, without feeling conscious.
The instructors are very friendly and supportive.
The yoga classes leave you walking on air.
I am so happy I found this place. I was very unhappy looking in the mirror at myself.
I have built up self esteem. My body is taking shape. I have made friends with like-minded people.
I definitely reccomend giving it a try.

Lovely sessions with Bex teaching all different types of yoga and getting me in positions I never thought were possible.
Having had both knee and hip replacements it is really satisfying to achieve the standard that I have thanks to Bex.
