The gym is very spacious and has plenty of machines. Perfect for all kind of workouts.
If you don’t want to see yourself waiting for almost every machine or bench, try avoid peak hours (18:00 to 21:00) as it gets REALLY busy.
Showers and changing rooms are very clean.
Among my favorites platinum fitness first gyms.
Recommended. ????

Regina Culianan, my personal trainer for the past two years, is not only friendly and dedicated but also sweet and cute. She brings a warm and approachable demeanor to our sessions, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Her genuine care and support have been instrumental in keeping me motivated and on track with my fitness goals. Regina's attention to detail and encouragement during our workouts have helped me improve my form, strength, and stamina. Even after long, hectic days, her positivity and charm make my evening sessions feel more enjoyable. While I've had a wonderful experience working with her, I do hope for more promotions on the gym's PT packages. In summary, Regina is an exceptional personal trainer who combines her sweetness and cuteness with her expertise to provide an outstanding fitness experience. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dedicated and adorable trainer.

An overcrowded poorly managed gym. Dumbbells are never on the racks (can be seen in the pictures), people hogging over 4 sets of dumbbells at the same time. The gym’s personal trainer occupying 2 machines at the same time while training their clients, the worst part the trainers themselves don’t put the equipment back in its place after using them.

Really disappointed with the customer service overall. They kept charging me saying it’s in the contract and gave me incorrect info when I called. Something I would be really aware about because you need to tell them 35 days (yes not 30) in advance to cancel. I expected more from them to resolve the issue which they didn’t bother resolving.

Gym Ambience is nice because it’s spacious but really gets overcrowded sometimes.

The trainers were really nice and helped me in every opportunity they got whether it was knowledge or just postures for trainings.

They don’t provide towels anymore like they were doing before.

Overall, there’s other gyms out there which do a much better job so I would suggest checking out other gyms first

Fitness First Mirdif City Center is a great Gym and gives you the opportunity to have a total body work out. They have state of the art fitness equipment, there are great classes and the very best of instructors and personal trainers. I find the classes particularly impactful with very encouraging, inspiring and motivational instructors. I would highly recommend this Gym to everyone!

Been a member for over 4 years, its has been a good gym. However, lately they have been overly signing memberships where it became overly crowded. Unbareable to workout at.

I would give it a 5 star, but in my opinion, it needs more renovation in terms of equipments.

Fitness First was and will always be my ideal GYM for professional training, I hope they will have back their special touch of that motivational ambiance and lighting.

The cardio side is really dark now, and so are the colors chosen.

They need more living and bright touch.

Swimming pool is one of the best among GYM industries. Big and indoor.

They also have many group training sessions conducted by talented trainers.

I hope I can give thr fifth star in thr nearest future, as I'm sure Fitness First Family always consider the feedback.

Bad service. They don’t deserve even 1 star. I called 5 times to register myself and kids for swimming class and every time they take my information saying the instructor will call back for the schedule but no one call !
