Had a good experience with this store . I was in the showroom few days back and the sales person was very supportive in choosing the shoes . How ever one of my shoes we bought was little tight and when I asked for a bigger size after 5 days of purchase they gladly received the shoes and gave me next size .
Having a good brand is one thing and good customer service is another. In both am satisfied will my experience as a whole .thank you and keep maintaining the same service please .

Super helpful and efficient staff. Special thanks to Mohammad, who went out of his way to suggest good designs for us, and the correct sizes, and had enough patience to attend to us for a good one hour. The collection is one of their best.

Bad customer service. Ordered a shoes from the warehouse they told me it will take 3 to 4 days and they will call me for pick up. I called after a week they said there has been a delay, after 2 days they will call me to pick up. Now it has been 16 days from the day of purchase! Till now I didn’t get any call, and their branch phone is out of service.

Always has a good collection. The best thing is now they are having a Part sale. The discounts are legit and the stock doesn't seem to be too old. They have new arrivals collection too, which obviously is not part of the sale. The best thing about this store is the staff. They are very amicable and helpful. They take care of the exchanges well too. The kids section has improved a lot around this time. The shoes, as always, are very comfortable. The surprising part is that they have a very comfy collection of socks as well. Their Mark Nason collection is absolutely fantastic. Overall very happy to shop here! If you are looking for a good pair of work out shoes, please don't miss to check this place out.

When I walked inside the shop the philip lady sales see me then just ignored me like she saw air. Only man Seles welcome you I thinks she wear colors glasses so can not see you then show her don’t want service you when she work. She hasn’t any customer service!! Very unprofessional n not respectful

Nice collection. But worst customer care service and not willing to serve the customer. I had experienced the discrimination in the shop for serving the customer.
