As a American living here, this is comfort food ! Burgers are way better then in u.s !! Just one thing the spicy season on fries is toooo much salty !

Pros

The burgers are awesome!
The shakes are really good!
The fries are some of the best I’ve had

Cons

The hot dogs are passable.
No trays or plates or anything to have it on.
The service is a bit non existent. They only serve the food once you order, nothing else post that.
It is overly pricey.

The burger was good but if you compare it to salt or shake shack, the bun is not that soft compared to them. Overall its a very fast service and good food. What i liked the most was the fries????

The taste and experience is really great especially with the whole family. My kids love the burger patties, taste great and extra juicy. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft inside. We order strawberry milk shake and so surprised to sip real strawberries with very smooth milk shake and whip cream. The hotdog taste great but looks horrible, i hope they can get better hotdog bun. Overall taste and experience, ambiance, friendly and assistive staffs will make you come back for more. The price is costly but worth the penny.

Before I list the bad things, I must say that the food here is tasty and I would recommend you to try it.
Now, on with the things I didn't like:
1. If you love food and a good burger, the sandwiches are small. All of them.
2. The menu is crazily overpriced for the sandwich size you're getting
3. They don't serve the sandwiches on trays or dishes, they just give you the paper bag and ask u to tear it open as a tray which makes it a messy experience and your table can easily get crowded and ugly with sauces and crums everywhere. Really really bad experience.

Would I come here again? Maybe .. once every two months or so. But I am not going to be a regular customer for sure.

This is my first time ordering from five guys and it's really amazing. I love the idea of the free toppings and the milkshake choices. You can choose from multiple flavors and make your own. The food and milkshake both were amazing. Love the 90s themed interior too.

Craving burger while you are in the festival city, then go to Five guys. Very friendly helpful staff with delicious food. See how cute the staff are

Best burgers in Dubai, Great fries. Great service. Friendly staff and FRESH food! Always to much to Finnish but that's not because of choice. Very clean establishment.
