Well you know what you expect coming to Paul and you get it in most of the branches. The seating was perfect , comfortable chairs to seat. Plenty of space between seating so we could place our stroller of my daughter very fine. Stuff are attentive though the almost crossing was finished which was little drawback. I will for sure try their food next time as this time we stopped for a coffee. Decoration is just great and very standard like all branches. Certainly a place to depend on

Wonderful service. This branch is our favorite for the calm and elegant ambiance, the warm service and the consistently good quality of the food. The pastries especially the croissants are a must have.

For service, we would highly applaud Ehab. So attentive, efficient and welcoming with his gentle and smiling demeanor. He shows through his service his commitment to give us the best Paul’s service on all visits.

Also our compliments to the branch manager Ahmed who was very approachable and engaging and to the whole team serving, at the counter and the kitchen staff behind the scene for making each of our visits so pleasant and enjoyable.

Suresh. From the moment we were seated to the last bite of our meal, Suresh went above and beyond to make our dining experience truly unforgettable.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Paul Arabia during my time in Dubai which truly embodies the rustic charm and heritage of authentic French cuisine. The ambiance of the restaurant is perfect for a serene and cozy experience, whether you're looking to work on your laptop, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a good book. The staff provides excellent service, and they are attentive to your needs without being intrusive or bothersome.

I particularly enjoyed the Truffle Cheesy Rock. This dish features crispy mac and cheese with truffle, served with a delicious pesto pomodoro sauce. Today, I had breakfast at Paul Bakery in Dubai Festival City. The food is good. I had halloumi pesto quinoa. But, I am a bit disappointed with the service as I ordered a chocolate croissant for my daughter. First, they served it cold and when I asked for warming it, still the croissant came back cold... this was a little bad part. Other than this, everything was fine

The amount of protein source in their food is getting smaller and smaller. This chicken bowl has the smallest piece of chicken I ever got at a restaurant. Not ok for price or anything else. 2 stars for good enough taste.

I really liked this restaurant. It is a bit overpriced compared to what you get but still it remains one of my favourite coffee shops.
