Their response time was excellent, and I would give them a 5 for it. They were patient to answer my queries, though they misunderstood a few messages of mine that caused some delay, and I would overlook that for their service and promptness.
Thank you so much for facilitating this and for making it look effortless, though it was not ????

ordered flowers for women's day on March 8 and pink balloons. The flowers came not fresh, some of the flowers were dry and tired. The staff mixed up the balloons and sent brown and yellow ones.

to my message they said they apologize and send other flowers. nothing was sent, subsequent messages were ignored.

I put one star because one balloon is still alive. almost 3 weeks later.
I do not recommend this service and will not order again.

We ordered the Pink Perfection Hatbox standard with a free upgrade to large. It was such a deal and the flowers came out really stunning when we received it. Prior to delivery I asked the timing and they were very accommodating they sent me a message when it was on it’s way. Quality flowers and good service. They even have COD. Everything deserves a 5 star!

The establishment in question offers a collection of aesthetically pleasing items, however, there is a clear need for the improvement of their services. On one order, alterations were made two times to the proposed delivery date and time, without any prior notification or communication to either myself or the intended recipient. The initial incident resulted in an extended waiting period for the recipient, who remained on home waiting from 5 pm until 9 pm, without any notification or indication that the delivery had been postponed until the following day. It is noteworthy that despite my order being placed two days prior to the proposed delivery date, there was no guarantee of adherence to the specified timeframe for which I had planned to present the gift.

The whole experience is so good! From the website to the purchase to the amazing customer service till the delivery. Everything I requested was there in my order. And most important thing the person who received the flowers was so amazed by the arrangement of the flowers. I was hesitant as I found very good and not so good reviews, but I am glad I decided to use the service.
The flowers are impecable, the notifications were timely and the delivery was right on time.
I will definitely use them again
