Many things happen for a reason. Stumbling across this idyllic heaven, tucked away in the streets I know do well. My first visit. Won’t be the last. So refreshing to receive professional, service from the initial phone call to the service. Lovely, lovely girl Dipti from Sri Lanka. My daughters will love it too. I can’t wait for the hammam, I’m on a waitlist before I fly out ????thank you to everyone dedicated to their service and effort to look after us. I don’t want to leave the lounge area ????

I am a regular & I love this place so much. l specifically come to Zahra (she is amazing & she is the sweetest !!) However, l noticed that everytime i book an appointment at 6 or 7pm, the rest of the staff are always in such a hurry that even for the hair drying after the hamam, there will be no one to assist & make it feel that they are ready for closing. I really hope they realize that all clients should have the same privilege & quality of experience whether their appointment is booked at 11 am or 7 pm.

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Aida, she is exceptionally good at the work, I went in for roots touch up and she even fixed my orange undertone in my hair, my hair looks incredibly nice after getting the works
I highly recommend Aida for her hair services.

Best service and personnel attitude. Aida and Isa are simply the best: best hair color and best blow dry. Aki’s makeup is world class, I keep coming back :)

My favourite spa in Dubai. The place and atmosphere is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. They welcome you beautifully every time. The staff is always smiling and make the client feel appreciated. Whenever I do my nails there I am very pleased and happy, they have a nice way of removing gel manicure that does not cause any harm to the nails. The work always comes out so perfect. I also love doing my hair there, the ladies there are wonderful. Also special thanks to the receptionist who is very accommodating and kind, she makes booking such an easy and wonderful process.

I’d love to thank each and every one of them for their exceptional service. I’ve tried many spas and salons in Dubai, and none of them come close to this one.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had at your hammam. The treatment I received was truly exceptional and left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Zahra was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire experience. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and calming atmosphere.

I was especially impressed with the quality of the products used during the treatment, which left my skin feeling soft and smooth. The attention to detail and personalized touch made it a truly unforgettable experience, thanks to Zahra.

Thank you for providing such an amazing service. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend your hammam to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

If i can give 0 i will. They’ve been calling 5 times to confirm the appointment ,, and when the day came they called and canceled 1hour before. Ive been wanting to try it out for so long but after this experience I’ll never set a foot into it.

If you are looking for day off and relaxing day I recommend going to this spa, they are very professional and really good in each and every service! The staff is amazing the atmosphere is amazing and the service is perfect!!!
