A staff named AZHAR in your branch (FOREVER 21 - DCC) is very rude. Does not know how to respect customer. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. this staff needs training

This shop actually deserves "negative rating" for "customer service". Asked for simple information (which hardly requires 1/2 mins and can be given on spot) about a product, which they committed to provide later via phone call. But eventually they ended up not responding. Never faced anything like this earlier. Found lots of similar complaints among the reviews. A big "????".

Had a decent shopping experience thanks mainly to Ameen an employee who was really helpful and made it feel like I was shopping with a friend and other employees were nice as well.

What I want to give is 0 stars actually.
This store has the worst customer service!!!!!
I wanted to know the availability of a product instore so I sent a message in their chatbox. I was shown a message that I would be responded to via email. As I did receive any, I decided to call the store directly.

I called a total of 10 times and the call was picked up just twice! In the two times the call was picked up, the person at the other end asked for my number promised to get back to my after checking the details and surprise surprise, there was no response.

If you cannot respond to your customers then why don't you do yourself and the customers a favor and just disband your online and call services.

The behaviour of the sales lady was un professional and shouted on us to go out or be inside as I am going out to take my kid who just ranout for playing۔

Such behaviour would not help to attract customers۔

We are disappointed as we came there with entire family 4 people and 2 kids۔ We just went out due to such un-happy and intolerance behaviour۔

We will never come again thanks FOREVER 21۔

Went there last week. I CaME WITH A PHOtO OF what i WANTED TO BUY,Ladies arent being helpful when I asked for assistance.. Unwilling to assist at all rude no manners. I am a lady and only men are coming up to me to offer assistance. Ironic

The prices are too higher for a very normal clothes. Very poor shirt it cost 180aed ?? While at center point cheaper than this.
