Love this place. Really beautiful forest and a nice walk. Brilliant place to walk the dogs or just have an amazing walk in nature. Parking can be tricky but people don’t stay too long so generally can always find somewhere to park. Pity they seem to be chopping a lot of the trees down :-(

First visit to Broadband Country Park this afternoon. It won't be the last. A lovely space. It's a new park and maybe the marking of trails have not been completed yet. We met one family who ashed us which trail we were on. We couldn't tell them as where we parked didn't have a map. We did see some signing about an intended project to bring some wooded areas back to low heathland. We found a stream. Thanks to another couple we saw some deer. When we left, mid afternoon both car parks were full.

Lovely place for a walk/adventure. Recommend going onwards to the Duke’s head is Corpusty for Sunday roast lunch/dinner

Nice restful woodland to walk around for an hour or so. Well laid out and managed paths

Great place for a peaceful walk through the woods. Nice shade in the summer and shelter from the wind and rain in the winter. Perfect for walking a dog

I have used this area for a couple of years as the council have started making good improvements. I usually approach from The Mystical Woods side NDR Car park (due to have a new carpark soon ????????) and recently tried out the directional routes on a few occasions.

There has been a start to adding signed routes, but there needs to be clarity on these markings. People easily get lost in here and have asked us for help on many occasions, we get disorientated ourselves too trying to get back to the Mystical Woods! Trouble is that if you stumble across a finger post, you don't know where you are along coloured route you are and can find yourself going wrong.

The simple solution would be to number each post and show that on the map boards/online. That way as you progress along the route, you can see on the map if you're heading in the right direction!

Lovely place for a walk with or without a dog. Lots of wildlife & plenty of places to walk. Seating area for picnic on St Faiths Common. Car park small.
