7th floor corridor AC never works and cools like other floors.

It definitely Does not looks like Arenco standard maintenance

I wonder if there is a permanent solution for this issue .

Worst experience ever. Arenco will ask to sign terms and conditions when you join the apartment. They will keep bugging you by sending their security team or notices. They have very strict rules and you have to follow them. They only care about their side of rules and when it comes from customer side they just put a notice outside the elevator. For example, they keep renovating apartments and you can't sleep because of that and this thing will keep going on for months. If you don't have tolerance then I request you don't join this apartment.

The apartment and facility id not good but the few agents dealing are very bad and provide false information. There would be pressure to book the apartment soon and they would take their own sweet time to respond and put the customer under pressure and also the services so bad that you will have to chase them every time.
