Physically visited the shop with my daughter and she didn't get bored at all. In fact, she enjoyed looking around as the place was so pleasant, clean and organized. Staffs are very helpful & accomodating especially Kaye. She was able to convince me to take 2 pair of shoes as I was skeptical about the size at first. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great selection of pre-loved luxury goods in really good condition. Helpful staff that assisted me throughout the process and made my experience seamless. Would highly recommend!

I went to this shop to find a luxury bag. Unfortunately I didn't find what I wanted but I can confirm there were a lot of used bags in perfect conditions.
Attendant was very nice, sincere and professional, trying to help me without being pushing or arrogant.
Price was ok for the quality of the used goods.
I really loved this shop and will get back here if I'll get back to Dubai.
Strongly recommend.

I had a great experience on my first visit. I came to purchase a Gucci Bag for my sister and the item was in a great condition for its price. My sister loved it. The team was also very supportive and everything was smoothly done. Will definitely come back.

I came to the store for the first time to buy a watch and some other items, and I found the selection and prices really good and very reasonable. The customer service and buying process was quick and smooth. Would however, love to see more men’s collection at the store.
