Very friendly team, I like how organized they are, biodensity specialist is very patient, knows exactly what he is doing, honest with the details he gives and what I may expect of using this machine I really long to use it and see improvement in my bone density as it became a necessity. Power plate specialist is patient and friendly too, I enjoyed both trial sessions, longing to start and see positive dramatic difference. Might come later for a new update after a longer experience . As for now all looks good except that the parking area is small.

It was a great experience! thrilled to know something new to incorporate in my fitness and as well as knowing the benefits of powerplate and what it does to the body. Coach pepeijn was a great help for introducing it! ????????

Glad I found this place by chance.
Am not keen on gyms in general, but had to look for solution to become fit. I went for one session half doubting if I will like it, and after just one decided to continue as the workout and warmup+cooldown on the machine felt so good.
Convenient location and Beautiful place. The staff are helpful and attentive, making you feel welcome.
My trainer Thaimi is so full of positive energy and loads of patience to match. She makes sure to create a workout plan and pace best suited for me.
Overall worth a try if you are looking for a workout both intense and relaxing.

Absolutely in love with my trainings on the plates! Exceptional coaches, personalised intensive and effective workouts, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, great ambiance. Good vibes from the moment you step in all throughout the session and always leaving energised ????

I love this machine.
This vibrating platform is pretty amazing and did what it should do. It’s a fun exercise with Power Plate which make you burn extra fat. I actually sweat a lot whole doing training.
Also is a great place, good vibes ambiance, staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful environment! With a positive energy coming out. Professional and Top-quality services.
Nice place for people looking out for specific workouts especially for increasing bone density. It was just amazing.

I really enjoyed the introductory power plate session with Milka. She is a very friendly, helpful and experienced personal trainer who communicated well the benefits of using a power plate for fitness and re-habilitation. I fully recommend trying this if you are trying to trim down and tone up. I look forward to collaborating again soon.

Great live music is what drew us in, it's got a lively atmosphere.
The staff were working crazy hard but all kept smiling and being friendly.
Who recommended for a lively night out.

Lively youngish clientele, occasionally noisy but good natured. Selection of real ales and quick service, well furnished and "old world charm". Prices competitive but not cheap.

It’s not as lovely as the White Hart in my opinion, but the staff is very friendly and you have the opportunity to play darts and poole. But it was cosy with fire, loved it!

I visited the Cross Keys for their live music, the band individually were very good especially the female vocalist, however the sound quality was awful, too loud to even shout to someone next to me or ask for drinks, constant feedback also the guitarist and bassist seemed to be trying to outdo each other constantly. I don't see how such a small venue needs amplification on the drums, just adjust sound levels to the drums and the whole thing is much more enjoyable and less likely to upset their neighbours or the council.

Traditional, characterful pub with beamed ceilings. Staff were polite and friendly.

Andy and Kat are absolutely fantastic hosts. With the live music playing, there's a real sense of community and Andy and Kat did a fantastic job of fostering it. I came up from London to see my friend play in the band, but the feeling of community and energy felt in this unassuming pub is something special. Definitely recommend and 100% visit when Red Leaf is playing!

Small pub but friendly staff good selection of drinks to choose from +entertainment was good as well. The atmosphere was very good .
