The worst salon I ever visited , I went with light hair wanted them to make the roots lighter and blend the color all over , she dyed my hair brown it was really horrible , then she didn’t bother to do a good blow out my hair was still wet in the back she just lightly dried it not bothering , I went to do 100dhs service they just keep pressuring you to pay more for other services. I wanted mani padi they didn’t even have white color, I went for a closet shade but was horrible .
Really bad experience they are still new and not professional , not relaxing environment and they don’t care what customers want

After reading all the reviews, I can now assure myself that I am not the only one who had worst experience.
Visited their Ibn Batutta branch and I would say, that was the WORST hair service I have ever received in my life!!
1. The Arab lady who attended me was very judgmental and wouldn't allow to choose my preferred shade of hair color- she kept repeating "it won't suit your complexion" to any shade I tried to suggest when her complexion was almost same as mine (I'm one point fairer than her, I would say) and she had made her hair blonde!!
2. The bleach she used on my hair was either cheap or too strong- it literally scalded my scalp that I let out a scream. She then immediately put that hair of mine to my face (!!!) causing my eye and cheek also burn and blamed me that I was the one who spread that chemical on my face- just trying to prove herself right. Then a kind African lady kindly brought a bowl of water and towel and gently wiped the area clean and kept checking me if I am ok.
The bleach literally ruin my hair and she blamed it on the rebinding treatment which I had over a year ago (seriously)??? It wasn't my first time bleaching/highlighting my hair and I never had such experience nor heard such a myth.
3. Pricing: They put up so many offers in Facebook, offering haircoloring/ highlight packages etc, but please do not fall for them. The amount they charge is never near the offered price, they will charge you additional for toner etc. which all the other salons already include in their packages.
4. They treat you based on your nationality/ complexion. The attitude of the salonist who attended me made me feel so inferior although I agreed to pay the price that she quoted me (it was not matching any of their offers, still I did not negotiate thinking I was going to get the best service). I also saw another salonist fighting (!!) with a customer regarding an oil treatment which SHE THOUGHT the customer could not afford which obviously made the customer unhappy!
5. The salonists are always busy with their loose talks, making fun of customers etc., thinking no one else in the world understand Arabic???!! way too unprofessional!!

May be they are good at mani/pedi and nail services- I saw many pleasant ladies doing these to their customers and the majority of the crowd I saw there that day was for nail services.
Anyway, that was my first and last visit to that place and I have decided never to return to this place and I promise, I will try my best to warn people as well. Why to spend your money and buy unpleasant experience??

The service in City Walk salon is not any better than the Ibn Battuta Mall; the receptionist is really rude and the two Arab ladies are constantly fighting with each other. The ambience is full of negative energy and they don’t even have a cup of water to offer you. No card machine, and the place has only two technicians who are over worked and they keep you waiting for an hour to get even one service done.

If I could rate it below one I would. Their prices are good but service is not up to standard and booking an appointment is even worse. There are some good nail tech but it’s not hygienic and their booking agent is just rude. Would not recommend their gel polish doesn’t last and is most times never well done. The technicians talk too much and they aren’t communicating with clients. They also always over book clients and over work their staff. Only good service I have gotten is threading and waxing the lady is good.

I have been there twice. First was for my hair color, the results are good, but what I felt that they do the services in a hurry. Second time I went for my gel manicure and pedicure, again the results were good, but the manicure was definitely not worth the money they are charging. It's a small space so you are likely to feel a bit chaotic and congested. If you want to go there for global hair color, it's a good place, but do ask which brand colors they are using before applying it on you.

The WORST salon i have ever been to! The staff (the arab ladies + the russian) are incredibly rude! I never met such horrible people before! I went to get my hair straightened and she burned my scalp and yanked my hair even when i told her to stop. She put absolutely no effort at all and left my hair dry, frizzy and completely damaged. I told her to put some serum on the ends of my hair and she literally FOUGHT with me and started talking bad about me with her colleagues thinking i don't understand Arabic. Not to even mention the horrible hygiene In the salon - i went home and washed my hair immediately. Will never return to this salon EVER and neither will my friends! GET BETTER STAFF!! This review was way overdue but to this day i still think about how horrible this place is.

Their services are very disappointing specially their hair treatments. They dye hairs very poorly and badly. The colour doesn't match what you ask them to do. They leave the haircolour in your ears and don't wash it properly. I did my haircolour and keratin treatment from them and they not only burned my hairs but also my neck and ears. They straighten my wet hairs with straightner without drying them first and they are so weak now that they are falling very badly. Their african cleaner/maid was so rude and responding to clients very badly. I dont recommend this place for any kind of treatment.

After a short telephone queue I spoke to a courteous receptionist who arranged an afternoon appointment. My appointment was great as I met a lovely, very efficient and professional GP. I received a thorough examination and a well explained prognosis. My prescription was forwarded electronically to my local pharmacy and further tests arranged. Overall a 5 star service from Cheadle Medical Practice. Thank You.

Phoned at 8am and got through quickly. Very pleasant and helpful Receptionist.
Booked appointment and Doctor Hyde was lovely. It was a nice surprise to get such good service as I don’t think the Practice has been very good over the last few yrs. Keep it up please.

Excellent service! Over the past two years, the practice has surpassed all our expectations. The online consultation form has helped dramatically, not to mention follow up calls from doctors and nurses and standard of care generally.

My name is Derek Day I found the doctor very professional and helpful in my appointment. But unfortunately I do not like the receptionist asking me personal questions my reason for me seeing the doctor, and what the problem for doing so. It's doctor, patient confidentiality not the receptionist. Kind regards Derek Day

I had a poor experience here several years ago, but on this occasion the practice was fantastic. I rang early morning, received an appointment within 2 hours. The locum GP Dr Bopara examined me thoroughly and sent me to hospital. His prompt actions have probably saved my life and I am extremely grateful.

Pleasantly surprised by how efficient the call was attended too. The last few years have been awful. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. The doctor was lovely as always. Keep up the good work

This is on behalf of my 84 yr old mother who having checked her own blood pressure travelled to the surgery to book an appointment and was told none were available and to phone or come back the next day. Bearing in mind the last time her blood pressure was that high she was sent to hospital.
On returning the next day was told at 8am there were still none! How is that possible? But the receptionist squeezed her in later that day which we are grateful for. On arrival at the surgery there were no more than 3 patients in the waiting rooms!
Her appointment with the GP was very good and she (Lucy?) was very helpful and mum got the treatment she needed. GP action would get 5 stars but getting an appointment is so difficult it brings it down to 3 stars overall. Something needs to be done to improve the appointment service here.

I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Khan for a medical issue and I cannot speak highly enough of the care I received. Dr. Khan took the time to listen to my concerns and was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire appointment. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and He provided me with excellent medical advice and treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Khan to anyone in need of exceptional medical care.
