We had already decided via their web site and came to Ibn Battuta branch to buy a matress. Once we entered the store we went through the matress we want to buy, but there was a huge air scent diffuser next to the bed and was heavily blowing. We nicely ask sales representative to shut it off or unplugged for a while because we wanted to test the matress, but surprisingly she refused to shut it off. We shocked and asked again by saying “Seriously!Can’t you unplugged for a minute, but again she said no with very unconfortable way. What kind of an attitude was this? All she need to do was unplug the machine easily for a minute then plug it again, and here is the crucial part once we told our intention to buy, but due to this attitude decided not to, she offer us to unplugged it in panic. Definetely go another branch not this one. They need to learn how to approach to the customers.

I was in a need of a mattress that gives the best sleep. I have visited 3 stores before this store and fell in love with one of their mattress. Mira was super helpful and patient enough to help me make the best decision. Good thing about her is that she does not push you to take a decision right away.

We bought the londoner mattress from Johanne her service was excellent, delivery was made at the scheduled time and the mattress is awesome to sleep on. Highly recommend going to see Johanne at the Mattress Store if you're looking for a good mattress at a good price.

Moving into a new apartment we were ready to invest in a comfortable mattress, so we went for an expensive option at this store. Long story short the mattess they delivered is as hard as wood and has nothing in common with the one we’ve chosen in the showroom. Huge disappointment.
The manager’s reply was that “new mattresses tend to be harder”. Oh honestly? Would be nice to share this information with customers before they make a purchase, so they don’t have to figure it out the hard way. Literally hard way.

For those of you wondering where you can purchase your next mattress. You should first try out The Mattress Store at Ibn Batutta Mall. They have a great selection to choose from. One of the staff (sorry I forgot to ask her name) was tremendously helpful and wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable in guiding you to the right mattress that will work for your needs.

The best solution for your mattress needs. Bought Englander mattress and it is great, comfortable, and relaxing.
Apart from the various variety of products, the best thing is the Manager Mr Heshmat. Super helpful, understands your needs and then only offers the best solution. Kudos to the Mattress Store (Ibn Battuta Mall) and Mr Heshmat!????????????

The best quality mattress in UAE ,Feels like sleeping on a cloud! So comfortable for my neck and back. You could feel the difference after the first nap.
Highly recommended !!

"Posture support Englander" mattress is awesome if you have back pain issues. Johanne served me and she was great! Couldnt believe she remembered my name 2 weeks later when i went back into the store!
