Great coffee shop and cozy ambiance!
It is a great choice as it is quite and calm and you can isolate yourself from the mall’s noise.
The coffee is great, we tried their signature coffee and Turkish coffee and they both are strong and tasty.
They have a variety of sweets that look very delicious.
The staff is welcoming and friendly.
It is also affordable

Gloria Jeans was my favorite but because of unfriendly staffs here in Dubai Festival City, they dont greet customers, No Hi or Hello, No thank you, No Enjoy your Coffee.. bad service. I requested for Dine In Mugs and still they gave us takeaway cups. They didnt even add whip cream for mocha truffle and creme brulette latte. I was confident to suggest Gloria Jeans to my friend and he got disappointed for this is his first time. Very sad. I was looking for Gloria Jeans service before in Sheik Zayed. They provide presentable and very good tasty coffee.

This shop doesn’t give u a good service they dont speak english very well they only knows how to speak hindi. This shop need to hire someone who can speak english to know understand customers needs

It wasn’t convenient to have the waiter coming to my table with bill at 9,45 pm while sitting with guest without asking if we need to order or informing us that they are closing at 10 , at 9,48 they switched off the light .

Today as I was transiting to Washington DC, my wife fell ill and developed slight diarrhea—- I was looking for a place to get a banana for her and went inside Gloria Jean. I asked Ms. Lynn for a banana which I would be happy to pay for but she was soOoooooo so and so much courteous and hand me over with a banana and wished my wife well.

This kind gesture and empathy of Ms. Lynn should be acknowledge as a symbol of human kindness and selfless help.

I went to have a coffee and cake yesterday first day of Ramadan, got them in takeaway plate and cup! Very disappointed!

Bad customer service (Filipina Lady Cashier)???? I approached this lady cashier to take my order thru COFE application. In a sarcastic way, I was told she cannot process my order as they don't have the tablet with the application. In my experience, other coffee shops accepts orders even without the tablet. But this particular cashier didn't want to try and she even argued it wasn't really possible. Thanks to Filipina barista named ETHEL, she saves the day. She interfered and told the cashier that it's possible to take COFE app orders without the tablet.???? And to you MAM CASHIER, your customer service can be improved, it will not cost you anything by being friendly and accommodating. Have a good day...
