I love Mc Donalds, but one advise remove the toys which you dont have anymore on display! Was promised that they'll keep it till the very last day as my son really wanted it. But when I came back, they told me somebody else took it.

I redeemed my rewards and I ordered double cheese burger, it's tasteless and they gave me a fries that a small tiny pieces and it's not fresh, it's just because that it's a reward they give me this one! I'm so unhappy and disappointed at all! This is not the first time!

If they don’t serve breakfast during Ramadan time staff should inform customers who are waiting there for the shop to open. They don’t respect customers and this is my first experience with any McDonald’s outlet.

The branch new with beautiful decoration and exclusive sandwiches, add to this they have McCafe with excellent coffee

It deserves zero stars . I am one of the fans of McDonald’s but neve tried it in festival city mall. It’s disgusting like seriously I have ordered grand chicken and it tastes so oily and they gave us short straws for our Pepsi. We have went to get our tissues and ketchups a lot. We spent 200 aed and I seriously regret ever aed. I went to them and told them about mu complains and they didn’t say a word and were so bad. Now I will send a complain with the pictures

The service was very slow.. they have a lot of staff duty in and they are not even busy that time and It takes too much time to get my order.. i love mcdonalds but i dont like this branch.. never to come in this branch again..

I mean McDonald's is McDonald's Im not her to rate or advocate or trash talk about it. But I have to say this branch specifically has what may be the best branch manager of all McDonald's globally !! She is polite always greats me (and all customers) with a smile. Helps everyone with their orders, supports the touch screen order process. Works her magic when rush hour hits the kitchen (which let's be frank is alot of times in McDonald's) and remembers her frequent customers. I just wish all customer service companies had people like her. God bless her and this is a shout out to her. You are a role model to follow my dear
