The staff working there are so unfriendly or I could even say rude, not quite sure what is their problem, the shop is not busy. What is surprising is that they all have the same attitude as if it’s a part of their job description ????It was my first time to try Nayomi and it would probably be the last. There are competitor brands which are way more famous with much more welcoming and nicer staff.

Just quit shopping due to Arabic staff response at shop, they were not helpful and not even confirming either the product with different size is available on any other Nayomi store.

They suddenly increased their prices and within 1 week they decrease the number of items in offer they displayed, so just a week ago i purchased 5 ladies items for 129AED and today they made same items with same price but for less quantity which is 4 ladies items

Nayomi is located in the ground floor of Dubai festival city. Different styles of lingeries, night wears, sleep wears, etc for kids and women are available. Almost every thing is in reasonable rate. There will offers too in the festival times. Staff members co operated to me very well for choosing.

I was quiet upset with the customer service experienced today which made me choose not to buy items.

Two things that I experienced was the staff was not attentive to what was asked for and then was being difficult when it came to trying. In a matter of week my experience at this store was really bad...

I am not sure why however felt like the staff is overworked and stressed out and ideally the store should have minimum of 2 staffs today there was just one.

There was another store lady last week and she was absolutely helpful however there were two staffs last week.

I was in two minds to write this review however this is not to complaint about the staff but to bring to attention that employees need to be taken care of, if they are stressed out they wouldn’t be able to provide that level of service and they are not to be blamed.

The products are very good but the store sales staff need to be trained to deal with the customers and give proper information on the offers and promotions... very poor customer service.

Such a interesting place to browse around.
There is lots of market stands that almost blend in to one big one it's a big room with a big range of stands selling different things.
I only went to have a look around and didn't expect it to be like that I'm glad I went and enjoyed looking around it was a impressive market in a impressive building I definitely recommend a visit especially out the front there is 4 historic bronze tables know as nails that was used by merchant's to carry out their business so look out for them if you visit.
