H&M, City Center Deira, is the worst retail shop ever when it comes to understanding customer needs or respecting customers. I've been accused on the 13th Jan 2023 by Em. (male) who claimed to be the shop manager and A.S.M (female) the shop assistant that I have damaged the item when trying it on. Despite the fact that I took the necklace off safely and gave it back to them. They chased me around the mall, called the mall security on me, dragged me to the mall security office, accused me of doing and saying things I did not do or say ,threatened to call the police, lawyer and sue me, took a copy of my ID. Forced and coerced me to pay for the necklace 5 times it's price and made me sign a waiver form. They humiliated me, I won't give them one single star rating.
Never shopping at this shop again.

Big store. Great place to shop. I used to think this place was for rich market. But the prices are actually friendly. Lots of collection here pretty much everytime of the year!

every day-off I was here to shop, i don’t mind if it’s busy i think it’s normal to wait in the cashier area, but this time is the worst experience I had .. around 9:10PM 2 staff were having an argument about arrangement clothes (wearing an ID) ( You guys could’ve fix whatever is there AFTER customer leave ) wish i told them how to say “excuse me”, I even remove the clothes stand which i push because it’s blocking the way. You guys really have a good deals/promotions but not worth buying for having this service. very poor.

Their promoting us a QR code to enter our personal email address promising to give 10% discount, however once you enter all the details , they said No dosvpubt because our device not compatible. Waste of time at the cash counter

I went there, I had stitches done on my arm just before, I just wanted to enjoy my moment. The moment to pay: I was waiting in the queue with my heavy H&M bag, and a guy just passed in front of me in the queue. I said it to the cashier, which told me « you’re not in the right line » (I was behind 2 people who were paying.. how can I be in a wrong line ?) I had to wait again to be able to pay. At the end, after I paid I couldn’t grab properly the bag with my clothes inside and no one helped me so, I hurt myself while trying to grab it.

The staff is heartless, they just don’t care about you even if you’re in pain or if you’re sick.
Bad.

what they selling online not available in the store so you have to double check befor ordering
