As a long-time customer of Sacoor Brothers, I am disappointed to be writing this negative review. The company I once knew for its quality and superior customer service seems to have drastically deteriorated.
I purchased two blazers from their Dubai Hills Mall branch just five months ago. What I expected to be a worthwhile investment quickly turned into a disappointment. Within this short span, without everyday use, both blazers developed visible wear marks on the sleeves.
Upon noticing this, I promptly reported the matter in person to the shop assistant in the mall. The shop assistant and even the tailor agreed with my concerns about the quality and advised me to contact Sacoor's Customer Care.
However, the response from Sacoor UAE Customer Care has been far from satisfactory. Despite photographic evidence of the quality issues, they dismissed my complaint, stating that the time frame for returns or exchanges had been exceeded. Their solution was a meager offer of a 10% discount on my next online purchase, which felt like a slap in the face rather than a sincere attempt at resolution.
Contrary to my understanding, Sacoor claims to provide a two-year warranty on its products, but my request for at least to investigate the case was denied without proper attention. What's worse, this judgment was passed without physically inspecting the blazers for the said damage.
The lack of proper communication, ineffective complaint resolution, and the dismissive attitude have left a bitter taste. I expected a brand like Sacoor to value its customers and provide support when its products don't meet the expected standards, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
The main reason for this review is not to discredit Sacoor but to bring to light the apparent decline in their product quality and customer service. It's not about the money, it's about the principle. Sacoor has always been a brand I held in high regard, but this incident has shaken my trust.
My advice to potential buyers: You may want to think twice before purchasing. If my experience is any indication, Sacoor's quality standards have slipped, and their customer service has followed suit.
