H&M offers a relaxing shopping experience, but the store can be very quiet and staff attention may be limited. It's worth keeping in mind that the atmosphere can vary, so it may be worth checking out the store at a different time.

I have never felt this inclined to post a bad review online until today! Why are the employees interrupting me and not letting me explain why I am here!

As I am waiting to ask for help in the men’s section an employee walking by doesn’t even stop and ask. He immediately refers me to go to the women’s section before letting me finish my sentence. I try to finish explaining why I need help in the men’s section but employees are apparently too busy to let me finish speaking!!! I am then referred to someone else who finally listened. I had to then go to the women’s section and the employee there also didn’t let me finish showing him the damaged product and why I am asking for a refund!

All you need to do is listen before assuming why I am here. Barely any eye contact is even made while I am trying to speak.

Felt very disrespected today, what a great customer service!
