We received friendly and efficient service from both staff who gave us great advice - and shipments were delivered to UK ahead of time. It’s not a cheap service, but cost is worthwhile for important shipments. Will definitely use again and recommend.

We visited for sending documents to other far east country. DHL Mercarto shopping mall service point is located in underground floor. Same as parking floor. To reach DHL service point from ground floor, you can go center escalator. Other escalator go to other area. By the way, stuff are nice and helpful. Thanks!

When we use DHL URGENT
means we need very fast

Marwan is very efficient, helpful and polite . He multi tasks to accommodate everyone if more than one customer is present yet paying perfect attention to detail. Great customer service!

It saddens me to write this complaint as I have used DHL in the past without any hiccup, but this time I had the most unprofessional experience ever. I scheduled a passport pickup from Cairo to Dubai on the 21st of July. By Monday 25th I call to follow up and they say they haven't yet scheduled the pickup from the embassy and they would follow up and get back to me on the same day with an update. By the 26th still no update from DHL so I call again and they give the same excuse that they will follow up and get back to me. I had to drive to DHL Mercato mall in Dubai to complain in person, where the rude representative there claimed that we didn't know how to schedule the pickup and that the payment wasn't processed and many other excuses (although I have the money deducted on the 21st). Now we are told the delivery will be Friday the 29th, even though the delivery when the pickup was scheduled said the 27th. This is unacceptable and I will not be using DHL again

Great Service by Mr. Marwan this morning. Thank you.
Also very conveniently located at the basement level of Mercato Mall in Jumeirah 2. The basement parking is perfect to park your car and hop over within seconds to the DHL kiosk in the basement level.

Palace Architectural Mall.

Limited shops, but also nice brands and supermarket.

Service business offerings under ground, photo copy , dhl, are such.

Not so busy atmosphere.

Adnan is really helpful and professional. Very stratightforward and would come back. Convenient location but a bit hard to find in the mall.
