I dont know if its normal in your hygiene standard. The guy throw the stirrer in the sink and the shaker he used for my order. Then he just casually wipe the stirrer with his hand run on water same with shaker and boila will be use again for next order. Its disgusting i wonder if your staff even wash their hands before touching the entire stirrer. I cant imagine how many money or other stuff he touched and i wonder if he did it also prior to doing my order..

I thought their Passion Fruit Iced Tea is just perfect for my taste (the jelly is an added bonus with the right texture and cut...playful in the mouth in my opinion ????)

Staff is so lazy to serve the customers. At 10pm during DSF time where malls food and beverages outlets are opened till 12am your staff is cleaning the store. And letting customers to leave without serving.. staff mentioned it will take 20mins to make it....we said OK we will wait later she replied we will close by 10:30pm. I think you are losing your sale because of this kind of lazy staff.

Taste wise : good ????????

Price : reasonable, yet there are some pricy items.

Ambiance : nice and clean.

Staff: all the baristas are friendly and polite except the OWNER, she is too rude to her staff and to the customers. Luckily their staffs are good, otherwise i will give a zero star.

Special thanks to the Indian Lady Barista (forgot her name) who serves me well!!! Nice Job, keep up the good work!!!! ????????????????????????
