Hamoos a little runny along side with cucumber yogurt which felt like had added water which wasn’t that great either.
Iced tea tested like sugar water.

- Leaves an impression of being one of those Kitchen Nightmare restaurants before the visit of Gordon Ramsay. Waiting time is horrendous, I only ordered one soda, one soup and one main dish, and there were just five or six tables occupied by visitors in the whole restaurant but it took forty minutes for everything I ordered to arrive(!!)
- There are at least four members of staff, not counting cooks, but there is only one of them in the dining room at a time, or none at all. I had to complain half an hour in, and only after threatening to leave food suddenly started to appear on my table.
+ They brought me a gift, some bread and a bit of pickles and cheese quickly thrown together as an apology for long waiting times.
- I saw that they are bringing that bread to everybody. Be it an apology gift or an expected custom, they should focus on delivering orders quick instead of wasting time on preparing gifts.
+ Staff apologized for delays and was generally well- mannered.

- Food barely resembles photos from the menu. I suspect this place has only one cook and all he has time for is making sure that your food doesn't become straight up coals.
- Menu and bill folder look like they've been forgotten at a crime scene fifty years ago and gor rediscovered last week.
I'm not gonna come here again.

The food was late and the it was cold and to change it took another 20 mins ,
The starter was served with the main course i had to even ask for the bread
The service was very bad !!!!

Rice was extremely dry and probably very old and just microwaved. Meat quality was very poor and absolutely bland.
Any Iranian would laugh if they see how and what was serve for the starter. Even a basic chicken soup was not authentic Iranian. We didn't eat anything, just wasted all the food and money. Never coming back again!
P.S: Pics were taken while leaving, so everything that you see was wasted. When confronted with the restaurant manager at the counter, he said he knows that our quality is bad????

We wait long time for taking the order
Also when they bring the order they was late
The food was good but not perfect
I hope they improve there food and services they provide

The restaurant wasn’t even full, looked fully staffed but they were just disorganised and unwelcoming.
This place is in the food court of the mall, however for its prices, you expect some level of welcome.
The staff simply pointed to a seat without a work when we asked her if we need to book a table.
The table was dirty, took about 10 minutes for me to grab someone’s attention to clean it, followed by asking for the menu.
The food looked great on paper, and on the pricy side in my opinion. The free salad they give you was embarrassing. They give you a bunch of leaves with mint, some carrots and cucumbers and (feta) cheese.
Our drinks and starters took over 20 minutes and our order took around 30 minutes to arrive. The waiter struggled to take our order, I had to explain I wanted rice over 3 times but the waiter looked reoccupied with something else. Had to reconfirm our drinks 20 minutes after ordering.
I would say avoid the ribs! They were overpriced and overcooked. No amount of chewing could have saved this.
All in all, I was very disappointed in this place. I saw this place as a recommendation on YouTube, and now looking back it, I wonder if that was actually scripted.
Very unfortunate since we were really looking forward to trying out Iranian food.
