Honestly it was so disappointing
food quality : obviously isn't fresh, served cold completely and you can imagine the french frice and grils cold

Service plate i think prepared 2 days back
The pickle was wrinkled and old, the mint BLACK leavs ((check the photos))
after complaining they replaced it to us

Quantity: Service plate not enough for 1 while we were 3 persons

It took them around 15 to 20 min to serve cold and not freshly cooked food
And
Pricy compared to the quality and service

Very Poor food quality. We received an old cooked Kabab mixed grilled which costs 250 AED. After urging with the chief its appeared that it was not fresh cooked grilled unfortunately. We observed couple of costumers as well complaining about food delivered cold.
I would recommend to change the management for this branch as Hatem restaurant deserves better reputation about their foods.

Nice food, loved the rice with pomegranate and it's the first time I put butter on my rice, it was delicious!! Great and fast service, I wanted to try another dish and I got the mixed grill and they replaced one of them with the one I wanted to try ???? they also swapped chips with rice as we asked. Loved the aubergine in the mixed salad and the yogurt lamb!

The food quality was bad, the meat chops is not eatable we had to leave the portion un touched and the other half my boys could not eat it and we told them what is the issue they did not even say sorry and they charged to us,

Food served was pretty much at room temperature/ cold. This was not the first time though. Taste of food is nice if served hot.
It's a decent place if you want to try arabic food.
I have been to other outlets really enjoyed the food everything. Ibn batuta branch looks and feels a big old outdated . Service is also not great. Its always empty . Hope their management takes some action to bring life to the place .

V poor and disappointing food taste and presentation. Chips overcooked, rice barely warm, grease stains around plates, meals missing condiments unless asked. Worst Hatem experience since 2015.

Good - the food was ok, serving sizes were quite small however the meat wasn't that bad. Food was on the dry side so I asked for yogurt which isn't complementary (15 aed!!!) and came after I finished my meal. (they didn't take it off my bill either)

Bad - service is terrible, as mentioned, slow. No one asked if my meal was ok and if I wanted anything. I feel like the servers have no proper training either. They were sitting down talking to each other throughout my whole meal.

Might aswell go to the food court and get a better meal, better service and cheaper price.

Taco Bell comes with a big reputation from across the pond but it doesn’t quite live up to the hype. Tried the bean, chicken and beef burritos along with seasoned fries. The flavours were competent but the portion sizes and quantity of filling are quite paltry. Similar in quality to the usual fast food suspects, it has novelty factor but not value for money. Fire sauce was a nice accompaniment but it needs to offer a lot more to make any kind of positive lasting impression and get me back

I am in complete agreeance with 1 of the other reviews. Got 3 adult meals and barely a portion of meat between the 3 of them. Food was look warm at best and that was me picking it up at the stated time. This restaurant has seriously got to buck up its ideas and portion sizes or there's every chance it will be closed before the end of the year. The volcano burrito had slightly more meat than the other 2 meals I had but not enough to buy anything from it again.

Easily the worst take away i have ever had. Shocking portion size, food was cold, took over an hour delivery, forgot drinks and sauces. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

Wraps where sloppy, food warm not hot, all the meals just chucked together on one tray with no boxes, no cup lids. Depressing atmosphere. Disappointed considering the one in Glasgow was so good.

First time in the place. No-one came and told us what procedure was to order food!! Walked in figured out what to do. Ordered food on self service thingy... then tried to find a clean table. There was only one other customer in sitting at table. It was not busy yet quite a few tables needed wiped down as they had residue food on them. A bin was lying out in middle of floor full. Plenty staff behind counter standing about. Not really impressed for a first time. The food that we ordered was nice tho. But wouldn't rush back. I like the personal touch.

Great restaurant chain, I love Taco Bell, it's in a nice easy access area and Great parking and close to other stores and the town centre, on this occasion I got the quesadillas which were disappointing but have eaten various other foods there before such as burritos and tacos which are excellent.

It seemed my order was short ,despite asking the drive through assistant if it was complete he reassured me it was (almost scoffingly I may add) I was short of all fries when I got home total order (36 odd) phoned manager who offered 3free meals with dessert but as it was festive period I did not get into collect the offer until mid January and was told they were unaware of managers offer still awaiting free meals
