I have done over 5 car rentals from this branch and never had any issues. Ms. Jedd at the arrival explains everything professionally and always helpful. The other office in the car park is also very helpful and friendly especially Mr Islam. They never fall to handover the car keys swiftly.

Everything explained clearly during pick up. The employees are professional and communicates emphatically. Drop off went smoothly, no surprises in the final invoice. I would recommend to rent at hertz Dubai.

I have now had to edit this as I have had nothing but trouble and rudeness and lies from the branch. I ran over a truck tyre while in the first car out the goodness of my self I told the company and reported the accident to the police. Hertz told me I didn’t have to do anything else other than wait for the police report and send it to them. I proceeded to email the branch several times to keep them updated with no response untill I got a rude email saying they will be taking money (£800) from my card to cover damages even tho I purchased the insurance. They then told me I need to pay for the police report (£150) which was never told to me I got told I just need to wait for the report. The rudeness and unwillingness to help when they thought I had left the country is unreal. If your a tourist they will take advantage and try and get every penny they can out of you even when you purchase insurance and follow what they say. I will leave my previous review up just so you can see how fake and conniving they really are ( Absolutely fantastic at every aspect. Customer service,Cleanliness of cars and super supportive and accommodating. Would highly recommended To anyone wanting to hire a car in Dubai Or anywhere in the UAE. I’ve dealt with Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices and both fantastic.)

Rubbish!
I had booked a car via Corporate travel a few months ago. Turn up with my order number and confirmation email with payment to pick up the hire car in Dubai. However, Hertz had no confirmation and would not accept my email and details showing the payment and booking.
So, I went next door and got a car from Avis instead.
Won’t be using Hertz anymore.

Picking up was fine and drop off was bit longer than the pickup as they take more time to check the car. Signed off as no damages and also no toll charges however they haven’t given the deposit back and seems they don’t intend to. This is how they make their money. Several emails sent however keep getting a robotic response. Will be filing a complaint and taking things further. Previously rented with Avis with no issues this time I thought to test Hertz however will not recommend.

Worst experience ever. I rented over a month ago my credit card was then used in Dubai after renting. I had to cancel the card. I paid my tolls after the fact and my card was still charged. I have been emailing for over a month trying to get my refund and have asked for managements number or contact information to no avail. They have had plenty of time to resolve the issue. Not to mention when I attempted to turn it in at the location at the time I mentioned the location was closed causing me to have to drive an additional 40 minutes and catch a cab back. 11/10 will not use again. I’ll pay more elsewhere for better customer service. Effie Clarin has been the voice for them up until now with no resolution.

Pickup was not too bad but did take pretty long. The associate was nice and helpful so not too big of a problem.

But the real problem was at the time of drop off/return of the vehicle. The person who took the keys and did the final inspection tried to falsely accuse us of smoking inside the car when neither myself or my wife have ever smoked in our lives. The worker first checked the mileage and checked to make sure the gas tank was full and then did a full inspection of the car on the outside. After not finding any scratches, he then went back inside the car and randomly said that the car has a smell. After telling him many times that we do not smoke. He asked his coworker to smell inside and the second worker confirmed that there is no smell. He then goes to say “ok ok no problem” as if he did us a favor and let us off the hook.

This was very disappointing, I hope this isn’t a way to trick customers into paying more in the end.

I have rented a car and at my arrival to Dubai, We have found that they do not have the model that I was looking for (Upgrade: Land Cruiser), but after 1 day I was able to switch the car and get what I was looking for.

They was very helpful. Specifically the gentleman who was sitting in the offices, in the back left corner of the room (From costumer view).
(I’m not mentioning the name because I do not know if this is appropriate)

I know the situation like mine (not finding what you are looking for) might happen sometimes, and I am happy with the service that they provided.
