I love the service I got from the sales agent Geraldine,which made me go back for more supplements, will visit again. This is a good organic supplement shop inside Dubai Mall,however the Holland and Barret Vitamin E didn't mention if it's got Gluten or not, as that's a big deal for me, I however bought it, but would appreciate this mentioned.

I have decided to not shop at this store in Dubai Mall anymore. Used to spend at least more than 1k per month here. Am not sure why but the quality of service and helpfulness of staff has dropped dramatically. Went there twice in a week and staff was not polite in advising when a product would be coming in again. One particular Indian fair guy with glasses was really a turn off when speaking to him, was there on 6 March 2019 in the evening. Will take my business elsewhere.

Its just soooooooo annoying the second you walk in all the staff jumps on you like crazy..I mean ok, their managers makes them do it (change the managers!) But c'mon if I need something I will ask. I don't have to hear the same stories every time about buy 1 get 1 promotion and all other discounts. I know what I want - I come I shop I leave, thank you! So many times I have passed by because of those hungry looks already waiting for you to walk and bother you till the point you have to be rude and I DON'T WANT TO BE RUDE, ever. Thanks

Very kind staff, especially compared to Dr Nutrition who don't even know the supplements in the shop ( Lord help them ) . Vrassanth helped me find what I was looking for, aswell as another staff member whom I have forgotten his name , both were very genuinely nice,which is rare to find nowadays. Thanks for the serrapeptase Khalid ????

Wonderful store for natural/organic foods and supplements. You can find some things in this store that are unavailable elsewhere in Dubai.
