You expect that you are buying a premium quality product, but it turns out you just wasted your money on a low quality defected one. this is what happened to me with a leather bag I purchased over a year ago, and since I have another bag I didn't use the one I bought from Sacoor brother till recently and it seems to be not made to be a backpack, as it was the handle was torn up on the back side after my 1st time using it for roughly 10 minutes!!
the worst part is that I had to struggle with carrying it around from the airport along with my other bags to the hotel since no way to carry it except to carry it in my arms.
I reached to customer support and their response was conclusive evidence that it's not only the service quality is not much better than the product quality. as they refused to support me since it's beyond service time.
I have been having Jack Wolfskin bag for all my travels for over 10 years and it's still in very good condition, but a Sacoor bag can be used once apparently and you may not able to complete a journey with them, so you end in another bag to carry them in as well !!
I definitely don't recommend spending money on such products where neither the product quality nor the service provided is worth of it !!

- The alterations took longer than the 4 working days (period promised to convince me to buy it).
- The sales people tent to be pushy to convince you to make the purchase and will not hesitate to overcommit to ensure the sale.

Ahmed looked after us with nothing being too much trouble.
He listened to requirements and made recommendations.
Some suits and trousers needed altered to a deadline so he confirmed with the on-site tailor that all the items would be completed on time.
I picked up all the alterations today and all items fitted perfectly and the service was excellent again
I happily give Ahmed and the store a 5 star rating.

The suit I wanted was not available in the store in my size and Yousef ordered the suit for me in my size and considering I was in Dubai only for 2 days, Yousef expedited the order delivery and even the alteration for me. I have an event tonight and I will be wearing the Sacoor suit. Thank you Yousef for the professional and friendly customer service. Will definitely be back to Sacoor. ????????????
