When i came to this Fab branch, Mr. Falah Yousef took care of everything i needed in very rapid manner that i received all the needs met in an hour. He was elegant and kind and treated me like his own family. He is is one of the best banker whom i met in whole Dubai. I salute his excellent service and character!!

Stayed on the phone for more than hour and still couldn’t get through to the customer service team I was just put through loops of the virtual assistant speaking. I have been charged 3 different charges and can’t get hold of them and don’t have time to come into the store. Very unprofessional and do not recommend this bank.

I came a very long way, through several transits and traffics to this branch in order to cashing my cheque urgently. Operational said opened from 9pm - 12am. I came there around 10.15 pm and the bank already closed. I could see there are three staffs still sitting inside and laughing. I was standing there like 5 mins hoping one of them could reach out to me and help. NOPE! Nobody cared. Ruined my mood that whole evening just to think about it :(

It not acceptable. I wanted to open USD savings account through mobile application. It opened AED. When I called to support they told that I can open only AED account in app and USD account in branch. I came to brunch. Waited one hour in queue. And officer told that I need to provide salary certificate to open account. Ive asked his email and he told that I have to bring original one. Ive asked to show me the policy or requirement where it is highlighted - he didnt provide anything. Worst experience ever.

Complete waste of time. They are professional in doing nothing!
You will easily wait for hours for any simple transaction, and they never operate more than 2 customer service staff at a time!

I went to open an account and waited for more than one hour even though there were not many people there. Very very slow service and I left. Went for another bank and things were quiet smooth.
Very disappointed

I came today to open Saving account. I’ve been in queue around 1 hour after what I met Falah Yousef and I asked him to help me. He told me to do everything through the application without proper explanation. Seems like he was in hurry.
Result: I came home and I’ve tried to open Savings account. And guess what? USD option isn’t available. I called to the FAB support line and they told me that I have to go to the brunch and open Saving USD account there. Cause through the application I can open only AED.
This is how Falah Yousef helped me. ???? He wasn’t bother himself to explain how you have to open account in different currencies. For what? ???? Now I have to go back to the brunch and do everything from the beginning.
(When I asked him for his name, he answered: Why you need my name? So… thank god it was a sign on the table).
I want to tell that security guys are very polite, brunch in Dubai Mall looks really nice, and support line was quick and operators kind and helpful. I wouldn’t give 2 stars to this bank but because of Falah - I’m giving. I just wasted my time in queue for having a consultation with a person who won’t properly explain all the details about opening an account.

Dont come to this branch waste of time, no one in cuatomer service i have to wait 2 hourse to get my number and there is only 10 people ahead of me.

Very bad service by FAB and unprofessional people
