No management / no feedback/ low quality products/ zero after sales .

From 10th of March several calls and WhatsApps to solve a minor issue for the wardrobe yet nothing have been done to date very bad follow up and the process needs to be overlooked and supervised.

An Escalation have been requested several times yet nothing g happened

Published this here 3 weeks ago and received a reply that a ticket is created to help resolve this. And referring me to contact the number - which is a chatbot going in circles.
Nothing has been resolved (I am not surprise), just more time wasted communicating with a chatbot.

“Bought outdoor furniture from Homebox and in less than a year it totally decomposed. I requested a credit note from the store or a refund, but they were only agreeing to replace with the same items. Why would I need such bad quality items again and be in the same situation in another year?
I ended up just throwing away furniture after 1 year, which I had paid 1300+ AED for - all after spending 2 months on phone calls and e-mail exchanges.”

Honestly such a bad experience. They damaged my item during delivery and they refuse to do a full replacement. Their drivers don't call on advance to arrange a visit they will just randomly show up at a time of their choosing. Their after sales support is poor and they give incorrect information. Because they are the ones who damaged the furniture during delivery I have to chase them up via email and phone again and again. I have spent more than 45 minutes on the phone with them over half a dozen phone calls all for them to fix an item they broke. Such a hassle. I definitely do not recommend this company after such a negative experience

Delivery takes a lot of time. They can not do it even in an empty flat without your presence and asking me to travel back to country for delivery. Just request to reschedule take min 2 days. This guys are super slow. Do not recommend if you want quick and good service

Very low quality mattress started bulging from sides after 2months of use. they told me we have warranty for 5 years and its been 2 months im following up with these guy with no progression. from 2 months they are telling me we are working on it, we are working on it,. i dont knw wat they are thinking they want me to sleep on the floor for 2 months?

UAE Govt should not allow such seller..

if they have option for -5 star i will give minus. please spend small amont more and buy good product from homecenter

a black color pillow cover. They sends a wrong color. I called and whatsapp to the customer service. I requested to exchange items. They saying homebox don't have a exchange policy. I have to wait 3-5 Working days to return the item. If I Order again what I want I have to pay delivery charge. Very bad customer service after sale. Is your foult sending a wrong order. Charging 2 times delivery charges.

The most unprofessional company in UAE. They sell scrap to their customers and customer service is the worst. My bed which they delivery was badly damaged already at the time of delivery but they didn't fix it or replaced it even after my many follow ups.
Biggest liers.

Don't buy anything from this store.

Low quality furniture with no return policy. Don't recommend. Better to stay away from this kind of shops
