Like other viva supermarket branches, they offer good budget friendly products; however, I had a hard time finding the entrance of this particular branch. There are signs directing the customers to enter on the right hand side of the building; however, there's nothing but a long walkaway and you can't really see the entrance of the branch. There's an easier way to get into the supermarket by going to the left hand side of the building, walking through the building to the end, aka the parking area, you'll see the entrance on your right hand side.

The worst service here from all Viva branches.
I have spend 433 aed brought my own big bags, and when I asked to have 1 from cashier, girl said they don’t have this huge bags. Supervisor came up, and said he will ask one colleague to bring the bag, due to they don’t keep in cashier area. I was waiting 5 min which is ok for me, but your team is holding the line. After I got the bag, I was going out with a trolley full of goods to get my taxi, which was outdoor waiting. Security stop me and said that not allowed to take trolley. However when we came it was a few outside. So someone was taking them. Why they didn’t allow us to grab and return as I said to security. Very disappointed for kind of service, I am coming on weekly basis to shop in all branches, and Marina one is more close to me, from today onwards I never go again. This is the way how you treat loyal customers who spend money in your establishment?

Small but you can find many things. Friends working there are very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. Strongly suggest.

Its chepeast mark in dubai, i buy butter 200 gram for 7.25, milker ltr 3.95 and i love brown bread but its finished so i buy white bread 2.75.

I’ve bought fresh chicken today and when i get back home i open the chicken it was smelling disaster and the color of the chicken was little blush i was trying to call them 100 times and they didn’t pick up the phone

They sold spoiled milk and I got sick after drinking it. I ordered through Talabat and the brand was Milba..I am really disappointed.

Good products, decent prices as in all Viva stores.
However, this store in particular is lacking in cleanliness.
Baskets are awfully dirty, they are really nasty. No one cares to clean them.
Unboxed products on the shelves are so dusty.
Some staff at the cashiers are kinda rude.
