My moving-in experience with Homes 4 Life was good, as it always is with first interactions. But while I was moving out, the deposit payment was ridiculously overpriced. I have never experienced such a thing throughout my 10-year experience in Dubai (moving four times). Before moving out, the agent checked my home and said everything looked fine and was in good condition. Later they sent me a high amount of payment list. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this agency. They have made my move-out process very difficult.

They Should provide smooth communication between landlords and tenants. They pretend to be management company

Instead, they refuse to provide basic services already paid for (registering EJARI). With all the necessary documents in hand they just invent new conditions and terms after the service was paid and discussed. And they blocked extensions on EJARI.

After discussing with someone that called themselves supervisor i had absolutely no understanding.

I would never work with this company unless i am forced to.

We rented a property in Mira Oasis from Homes 4 Life in June '22. Despite the promise of lots of snag items being addressed before moving in, we are still waiting for basic things to be fixed 7 months into our tenancy. This for items as basic as door handles for the patio doors. Essentially, we were promised lots of things by the agent who then couldn't disappear quick enough once the lease was signed to hand us over to another party. The new representative is often rude, invariable unable to answer a phone call, and extremely unhelpful.

When the pump failed, leaving us (a family with 2 toddlers) without upstairs water, Homes 4 Life took over a week to address this. When they finally did, they damaged a pipe causing a leak pouring water into the road. When I checked inside the pump room, a dirty rag had been stuffed underneath the pipe in an attempt to hide the issue. On sending a photo of this to the person in charge of the property maintenance, they said I would have to pay for it and that the LL 'couldn't be expected to pay for this'. Bizarre!

Most recently, as the rainy season started in early Jan '23, the roof leaked. I advised that there was probably a lack of waterproofing in the roof (as is very common here) and asked that this be addressed before the next rain came. When torrential rain arrived 3w later, this was still not fixed (despite regular follow ups with H4L). Water obviously flooded in, damaging my kids rooms, the master bedroom, and even going as far as damaging downstairs rooms because of the sheer scale of the water ingress.

Finally, 1 week after the rain damage, someone has visited, and I am told the waterproofing has been addressed externally. Much to my dismay, however, have today been told I will need to pay for the gypsum repair caused by the rain!!!!!!

As a landlord myself I have experienced all kind of service, good and bad. I can honestly say however that I have never experienced such consistently poor customer service, shoddy workmanship, and rude staff in my life.

At this juncture, it's becoming a full-time job to try and chase the company that is meant to look after our property. I wish I was able to contact the landlord directly to explain to them just how bad the service he is paying for is, and to warn him the negligence of H4L will likely cause damage to his property.

I have now resorted to attempting to contact senior staff at the business directly on LinkedIn, as the people I liaise with refuse to allow any escalation.

Will be lodging a complaint with RERA.

I was very comfortable with the broker to advertise my property in Tilal Al Ghaf, the agent Berik was very professional and helped me to rent it, he was very transparent and efficient.

For context, they advertise that this is 24 hours and always open. It was Saturday at 8pm and I wanted to get petrol. But the guy decided to block all the entrances and not let anyone in. When I approached to ask him he refused to talk to me. And the guy next to me was just telling how he had to forced him to let him in. Never again

The staff here are unpleasant and incompetent on each visit. I've seen them get angry with customers when it's busy, then other staff members will not interact or communicate with you at all, they will tell you that your parcel is categorically not there, then another member of staff finds it - they offer no apology for bad service. They have no system for parcels - don't get things sent here as they lose them and blame the courier service.

It is the worse shop you can imagine. People working there are rude and slow.
If you ever using them to send or pick up parcel you will be disappointed.
Prepare yourself for waiting long time and not receiving your parcel in the end.

If I could give them ZER0 STAR.

The staff in there could be really rude! For second time, I went there to collect my item via Hermes/Evri, they make me waiting over 15 min to get it and they more happy to serve other customers to pay food/ pay fuel. But it's not like come first, come serve... they did this second time to me, and I will not allow this happen to me, I was determined to not be waited by them and did told them off to know they are wrong!

And, there a bulk of delivery parcels that could have being stored properly away from customers, because they could easily steal it!

Those staff need to be replaced and trained!

Staff were rude when I collected my evri parcels. Making comments that it was difficult to find as I hadn't picked it up same day as delivery.
Never more than 1 staff memeber so always made to wait ridiculously long times to collect whilst other customers are prioritised.

Most of the time it's out of service which is intentionally they wrote so ppl don't use it
