Big store with all the home improvement items you need. I went to buy Owen bulb and fridge bulb. Show the original bulbs and sales person gave me new bulbs. I asked is it correct size. With confidence he said it is the correct size. Better verify the items your self. It seems can not rely on sales assistants in this branch. Parking available for customers.

Looking for storage solutions and special cleaning chemicals...this is the place in Motor City. They also carry essential house maintenance material like showers, WC hoses, cooking pots and pans.

One upside: they reserved a number of parking spaces right in front of the stores.

Very nice experience specially staff knowledge I used to buy from other stores but recently I surprised by the promoter shoaib they have in motor city branch very well knowledged about products and this came very helpful he assisted me to buy the product which makes me get rid from ants and flys in my garden

They literally closed at 9:45 pm and the guy working there while closing the door saw me honking and signaling him to wait but very bluntly locked the door and left , even when i knocked they r acting as no one exists.. unbelievable !! They not even sticking to the timings per law !!

This review is with regards to their online store fulfilment.

Order placed on Tuesday (with a 2-3 days delivery policy).
Called them on Saturday to follow-up, was informed it will be delivered on Saturday itself. Alas, it did not happen...

Today is Sunday, do not think their logistics partner is working today, so it is likely that the products I ordered will only be delivered Monday or later... Too late...I don't need it anymore.

Won't recommend shopping on Homesmith's online platform as they don't deliver on time.

I visited to buy some pesticides for my plants. I even explained to him what particular insects on my plants. Unfortunately, your sales man give me the wrong item and my plant died immediately!!!!
