Thank you to the team at Stop & Go for helping me with my tire issue this afternoon. Rao greeted me and assured me they would be able to fix my tire in 20mins.

He was kind enough to explain the full process, which assured me of what I would be receiving as a service. Jan took over handling fixing process and finished in 17mins!

They gave me a great ‘first time customer’ discount and guarantee for their work. I am happy to know I have a place where I can go to nearby my place for any tire issues I may have in the future.

The waiting areas was clean and cool and smelled great! I was asked if I wanted anything to drink. Definitely great service from a warm and friendly team.

Highly recommended especially if you are in the Motor City/Sports City areas.

It looks like a good service technically wise and main engineer is cool. but all communication is a nightmare. You have to physically go there everytime when you need something coz WhatsApp communication just ignored and never followed up. Even when you placed order for details together with team it was ignored for a week until I came there with reminder. Had to start search for another service :(

I had a puncture in Abu Dhabi last Monday. The puncture was on the side of the tyre and none of the tyre repair guys in AUH (checked almost 5 places) could fix it and were trying to sell me a new tyre! Managed to drive back to DXB on the spare tyre. AutoPro team suggested I go to Stop n Go and it was a wonderful experience getting the puncture fixed. Very professional and quick to action. Everything was very meticulous and neatly done. Efficient team and I will go back for any future car services...

Did an inside patch for a screw puncture in my tire, they guy asked for a 120 aed, 1/5th the price of a new goodyear tyre, for the “german” patch, managed to bring it down to 80 barely.

Asked to pat by card, they said only cash
And they didn’t recheck the air pressure after putting the tyre back.

Go there if you want scratched and damaged wheels.
Unfortunately I took my car for a puncture repair, told the gentleman to very very careful when doing the job and to protect the wheels so the paint does not get damaged. I come back 30 minutes later to a completed distorted wheel paint.
To top it off, they promised to get back to me on how to address this and so far nothing but “we will check and call you”

Edit - Top top this off; the area they repaired is leaking again.
Additionally when the manager saw the wheel, he immediately denied it was them who damaged my wheels.
What an absolute waste of money, these guys are absolute scam.

I've been trying to reach this business the whole day by phone and in whatsapp, no answer. I guess they are closed?

Update: Called the number suggested below and still doesn't answer. Added one more star since at least they reply quickly on Google reviews.

Update 2: I've been trying to call the 'retail manager' for the past 2 days and no answer. I think this place is definitely closed or doesn't care about customers.
