Do you want unenthusiastic staff following your every step when you just need your personal space to browse?? A staff member from Kazakh or Uzbek couldn't stop following my every move when all I wanted was to look around, the best part is that he has zero knowledge of any watches. This is in the dubai mall branch (lower ground). Awful experience, please teach your staff the importance of personal space ????

I have just visited the outlet. The service and behavior of the person who dealt with me was horrible. It was not professional at all. He was rude and quite offensive. I don’t know who has given him that authority!! The entitlement of that guy was shocking. I am attaching the picture (guy standing at the main counter with the black mask).

I have visited Dubai Mall 1st floor. The experience is very satisfying and Kamlesh is very friendly and patient. He takes time to explain details of the product with warm smile. Thanks Kamlesh.

Go there if u want to experience the worst behaviour a sales person “FAIS” can offer. He treated us like garbage and for no reason showed us attitude, as if he was the boss. AVOID.

Bought my first swiss watch, 2 actually from them with a great salesman name Anu and his team working that night. Very patient man, explained my choices, helped me make a decision and was very informative. Ended up purchasing 2 when i wanted just one.
Love my purchase.

I bought RADO watch from them I got a soft copy of the bill it has been deleted . So regarding that I have email them but no reply for any of my mails . Feeling really bad about them
