I went in this evening to buy my assorted make up picks. Was attended to by Najla.. the store was quite busy but she took the time to explain what color fit and blended with my skin tone (i am of african descent). She suggested lip glosses that i all bought. I will definitely go back again and again. Najla your great customer service will bring me back. Thank you and keep up.

If you want to deal with someone go to najlaa because she is the best and most professional there... While one of the other staff they don't smile in your face and not professional... So better go to najlaa!!

complete disregard for the buyer, waited for the consultants to be free for more than 15 minutes. unwillingness to help, unprofessional and rude service. the consultant said: we do not have such a shade, without even looking to see if it really is. I was the last time in your store. I do not recommend.

Extremely inefficient bunch of staff, they were busy using their own products and not interested to attend and help the client.

Worst customer service..(staff 3 of them)busy chit chatting among themselves and ignored us...totally...when we have any question we have to try and excuse ourself to get their attention...visited 20:14 hrs 2nd of Jan 2023...so you know which 4 staff members where at work...at least fake it(no smile on face nothing) as soon as they see customer they have straight face and among themselves giggling and laughing....see the sacurity camera and see their straight face while in customer oriented field...how their body posture should be...at least fake it man..

I came to buy brow glue and when I asked the consultant she said it only goes with 3 pcs in a pack. When I saw the receipt it was 3!! pcs there. It's not normal to lie to you customers like that just to make more sales under your name.
