Worst experience ever.
There is an employee called DINO who works at the MCC branch. I experienced discrimination and racism from him when I asked about opening bank account. He was so rude in every way possible. I can’t believe I experienced such behavior from an employee who works at HSBC. You’re supposed to be helpful and welcoming, not push away customers. I will not return there. And honestly, I don’t think anyone should use this bank. Go to another bank.

This HSBC service center looks very beautiful and innovative but it’s only looks. They don’t have any service of account management here. You can speak ???? a person instead of a robot ????. That person is there to inform you all your questions can be answer by calling HSBC helpline. It means these people are not helpful and you cannot expect a solution even visiting this service center.

The only best thing this service center has cash withdrawal and cash deposit machines. These machines are very old and not updated as per latest requirements like other banks ????. So do not expect a high value service to visiting this location. It’s better to call them or visit the bank branch only (they also respond to call online but you can try at least).

i want to deposit money in my supplier account but unable to do so, even the call centre doesn't have a clue about dubai, it is outsourced somewhere in india or pakistan

My life worst experience with HSBC Bank.

From last 3 months, I am just trying to close my account with them and I didn't happen.

There is no co-ordination between them (i.e.) Bank and Call centre.

Both of them have different information related to account and credit card closings.

I didn't expect this from an internationally organized Bank.

This branch was closed for nearly 4 months for renovation & now reopened on August 2nd! It’s very convenience & I so appreciate the service provided here& special thanks to Mr.Tarik whom helped out with great customer service experience. For information it’s Not branch ! Only customer service & ATMs .
