I’m not a reviewer, but had to give this as the staffs were not welcoming at all. No smile, no communication. When coffee is ready they should let us know and tell where the sugar is. They keep the coffee and was waiting for the customers to pick it. Were they overworked or looked like they dint sleep at all? Is there a manager to overlook all this as this a prime location in front of Centrepoint and careefour.

The cake was dry.

Only good thing is the ambience and on table charging.

The staff look unprofessional and not welcoming at all they keep talking to each other while ignoring giving the service to the customer,
The cup lid was dirty and they nt even providing napkins so u couldnt clean my cup even

Mostafa was friendly and he was doing a great job in taking orders and preparing them at the same time. One star less because it was very busy and 2 staff are not enough.

Went there with family. Their coffee is always good. Chicken wrap was perfect.
Staff is not very welcoming though.

Very rude staff, my first time visit and I told them I cannot see the menu displayed on the screen, and I dont have my glasses with me. They said we don't have menu to give you to read. They literally ignored me. They don't cater people with special needs and don't care as well. Poor staff and poor branch.

Nice setup good drinks and snacks the music is loud . They have a customer loyalty program but they don’t show interest in promoting it you have to asks them to give you the points

First and last experience, very bad a extremely slow service, and the worst thing is the staff : not respectful, arrogant and impolite !!!
