Since redesigned in 2023, there are very few customer assisting staffs.
A tiny trial room for men which causes long queue!!!!
Over all poor service

I suggest to give more training to ur staff about ur products. Staff have no clue of the products and specifications

Bad service. Asked about my size they said to buy the ones available and then come back tomorrow to ask for my size !!!!

Wide range of products (apparels) at very reasonable price, however quality is acceptable.

I grew up in Dubai and used to love buying clothes from the Max in Deira City Centre. Visited the MCC one in December 2021 and it seems like the quality or collection was pretty average. Price didn't reflect what we saw either. Just tons and tons of joggers that either felt like sleeping pants or winter wear (it never gets that cold in Dubai!). Maybe it was just this location or perhaps the effects of the pandemic. Will return next time for another review.

Decent quality clothing at low prices. Staff is helpful and return policy is very flexible. Usually crowded so best time is to visit during weekdays
