Tbh i don’t get the negative reviews, i visited the branch tdy around 9am, there were 13 People in front of me in the queue (Customer Service) after 40 Minutes of waiting (which i consider as fast) it was already my turn.

Highly appreciated the professional and very friendly service provided by Mr. Arvin!
He took a lot of time to answer all my questions and made it as comfortable as possible for me.

First bank in Dubai with friendly employees, highly recommend this bank!

I visited to update personal information which could not be done online. I waited for 10 minutes, then it took over 80 minutes to execute with multiple errors made by the customer service team which meant I still had to telephone and follow-up the next day. The same service is digital and instant with other global HSBC branches. I have waited over two months to hear from the relationship manager service and still not heard from them.

In my whole life I never saw a poor service like this. I'm trying to solve a issue with internet bank since 3 months and no one knows what to do. If you call to the help line, be ready to wait more than one hour or more to be answered. The staff in the branch is completely careless with customers and when you ask for the management, they are always busy. Avoid this bank and this Branch at all cost. My review is 0 ⭐️

I had the misfortune of opening an account with HSBC bank and it has been an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is non-existent and their representatives are incredibly unhelpful and rude. Every time I call, I am put on hold for an exorbitant amount of time and when I finally do get through to someone, they are unable to answer even the simplest of questions.

Furthermore, their online banking platform is a disaster. It is slow, clunky, and often crashes, making it nearly impossible to access my account information. I have also had multiple issues with transactions not going through or being charged incorrect fees, and when I attempt to resolve these issues with the bank, they are completely unresponsive.

I would highly recommend staying away from HSBC bank at all costs. Their lack of customer service and poor online banking platform make them a terrible choice for anyone looking for a reliable banking institution. Save yourself the headache and choose a different bank.

On top of the terrible online banking and customer service experience, I also had a horrendous experience at the HSBC branch. When I went in to try and resolve an issue with my account, the staff was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive.

I waited in line for nearly an hour just to speak to someone, and when I finally did, they were unable to assist me and told me to call the customer service hotline instead. When I explained that I had already tried calling and was unable to get through, they simply shrugged their shoulders and told me there was nothing they could do.

The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and it was clear that they had no interest in helping me or resolving my issue. I left the branch feeling frustrated and completely unsupported by the bank.

Overall, my experience with HSBC has been an absolute nightmare. Between the terrible customer service, dysfunctional online banking platform, and unhelpful staff at the branch, I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this bank. There are plenty of other banks out there that are much more reliable and customer-friendly.

If you need your relationship manager they are not responding untill after 2 days but if u don’t need them they call you too often as they change every 6 months….then you ask them for help and the exchange rate offered was the worst you can get. Moving to another bank, good luck HSBC “world” bank

I don’t know who is the Managing Director of HSBC UAE but he/she needs to be fired along with his/her entire team. I have never seen as low customer service as it is in HSBC. The level of the employees is very very low, not customer oriented at all. All that being a Premiere client! Leaving this bank as soon as possible. What a disaster it’s like you are dealing with a developing country staff : they just don’t meet the requirements to work for HSBC in Dubai. Sorry to say that.

Was just about to share my own review about this branch & HSBC Middle east , but i have seen lot of people facing the same issues without any actions taken from anyone to improve & said to my self : they got enough on their plate !
In my whole life haven’t seen a bank with this low rating. Incredible! 0 ⭐️
