I bought my Matebook 13 from Allan. He was able to help me with my requirements and laptop needs. The shop itself has a nice vibe. I came back today to ask about my Microsoft Office and Ryan was there to help me. It just took less than 10 min for him to finish it. Very well done. I’m a super happy customer.????????????

Today i visited Huawei Experience Store MOE. Ryan was very polite and patient when assisting me. He also gave me full demonstration and experience for huawei devices. His approached and service are commendable. I highly recommend him for a hassle-free shopping experience.

I have to do it here since the official online store doesn't have Google reviews.
I wanted to order online the smart view flip cover for the mate 50 pro but by accident I ordered the cover for the p50.
Package arrived, I opened the delivery carton box in which the sealed item is inside together with the invoice. Sealed item is untouched. I request a return, Huawei customer service saying I unsealed the product by opening the delivery box (not the item) and therefore return can't be accepted.
Ridiculous, no other words available for this customer service.

Their return policy isn't good, only 7 days for unsealed items. The staff tries to help but they have their hands tied.

Customers cannot return items that are in sellable condition which is not customer-friendly. It's a big shame since new customers are punished for purchasing products from the Official store, you're probably better off buying from Amazon who have a better return policy.
