A lower rating wasn't available than 1. If there was, it certainly belongs to this garage. There are many things off with this place and you should keep these in mind should you decide to place foot in this place.

1. The garage is run by a father-son duo. The father is a good man and a field expert. The son is someone who's learnt on the job, and handles customer queries with the intent of patronising them. One complaint to the son was responded to with a misconception on my driver's understanding.

2. They do not necessarily use genuine parts. I had a left mirror unit replacement done. They took over 5 days to locally source the part. Furthermore, at the time of collection, I had to collect the mirror with wiring exposed as they had just painted the cover. For one day, I had to drive the car as such.
Once the cover was affixed, is when the biggest bummer hit. It was a non compatible mirror, and does not allow me to assess my blind spot from the drivers seat.
Complaints to the father, sales person and the son have gone unanswered. Even after reporting to the insurance (AFNIC), action was not taken.

3. Grease on seats and interiors. I have beige seats and interiors in my car. I made the mistake of collecting my car at night.
There were grease stains all around the driver's seats, back seats and the handles. So much so my clothing for the day was also spoilt. They do not care for cars but instead are just interested in making pennies for the jobs that they do.

4. Entrance is narrow and not paved. My sedan car has low clearance. I was concerned about entering the narrow lane and the steep climb to enter the garage.

By now, you can tell what your car will go through should you choose to visit.
