Best coffee in town best hospitality the place is super modern and the food is extremely delicious with really affordable prices ????????

It was bad experience and not professional retail manager in terms of customer support and behavior where i couldn’t talk to him by phone or meet him while there was issue with sale-man to return espresso machine after one day from the purchased date even didn’t open the box but the issue was power supply specification that not meet my country specs .
Eventually thanks for dubai mall management office to interface and solve the issue .
Not recommended and you need to reading carefully the terms and condition written in the invoice before you pay .
Once again thanks for dubai mall for management office for their professionalism and action taken

Dear store Manager's,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of one of your saleswomen at dubai mall store, on 9th of July 2023 at 6:45pm during my recent visit, I was wearing official Emarati dress with my wife. While I appreciate her initial assistance inquiring about a coffee machine, her reaction after I chose not to purchase was unprofessional and left me with a negative impression of your store.

After providing helpful information about different models and prices, the saleswoman ( maybe Pakistani or Indian nationality) displayed weariness and disappointment when I decided against buying the coffee machine. As a customer, I believe it is important to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of purchase decisions.

I kindly request that you address this matter with your sales team, emphasizing the importance of maintaining professionalism and treating all customers with courtesy. I value the service and experience in your store and hope for more positive interactions in the future.

Got a knock box and barista towels. We also had a chat with Wafa she is amazing, tried the Arabic coffee machine, and Lamarzoco had a chat with her explaining how it works.

Definitely a must visit store if you’re a coffee lover. They have all different kinds of coffee from all around the world, and they even sell all kinds of coffee machines. The staff members are there to help you decide, you will need them because the endless options makes it tough to choose.

Hade a great time!
It’s My second visit I loved it even more,
My favorite is smoked salmon with coffee flavor… fresh and exquisite test !
Randy did his best to entertain us and keep us busy while food was arriving!
I definitely will, recommend!
