Better than average! New fleet dream liners! Helpful staffs , entertainment system well above the average. Can't really complain! The price is much better than other major airlines!! I give it a maximum of 4 stars.

Flight itself was fine but customer service regarding refund and compensation for a last minute flight cancellation has been abysmal.

Written correspondence was hard to follow and full of factual inaccuracies; communication over the phone was similarly difficult to understand and unhelpful.

They repeatedly denied UK261 compensation for a straightforward (and ultimately correct) claim. Almost a year after the flight cancellation, I am waiting for payment of compensation ruled on by their ADR provider.

Flights might be cheap but would definitely avoid this airline if at all possible.

-The worst airline ever.

-I have received my luggage defected.

-The first flight sector has been delayed so I missed my bus to Nottingham.

-The claim process is so frustrated and complex.
The. they it meant to be like this, they need the client to give up and stop the process.

- It was meant to fly with Turkish airline, but I have fly with AnadoluJet, you should inform the customer about this point, otherwise it is a scam.

- No email or sms about the delay it was more than hour and half.

Very bad experience!

Avoid domestic flights. Foreign names are easily dropped into waiting list while friends and family take our seats. Horrible sense of customer service.

This airline is a complete nightmare and do not listen to a complaint. I booked flights to istanbul via last minute.com, all was good.
Then Turkish Airlines cancelled our return flights and gave us an alternative flight, so we were flying at 8pm ish, then they changed it to 8am ish, this was totally no good for us, as we would have had to go to bed early the previous evening, and get up at stupid o'clock in the morning, meaning we would lose our last night and our last day. So we asked to cancel and rebook a different flight.
We were flying from Stanstead, but had to change to Heathrow. But Last minute charged us a £70 admin fee.
But when I explained it to Turkish Airlines, they didnt want to know, and to Take it up with Last minute.
But if Turkish Airlines had not changed our flights, we would not have had to cancel them with Last minute.
But now we are flying from Heathrow, we have had to book a hotel, and pay for parking at Heathrow, which we would not have had to do if we were flying from Stanstead

Worst airline in the world they must rename their company scam airline. During covid-19 pandemic they keep selling ticket online and keep cancelling. They have no intention to fly but they are still selling ticket and gee passengers money. They cancelled my connection flight 3 times. And stupidly confirm my london to istanbul flight they never think my final distenation was not Istanbul. They took long time to answer phone and when they answer very rude and unhelpful. Avoid avoid avoid they take you money and when thay cancel they want to give you voucher instead of money.

What an appalling service!! I spoke to Sam over the phone who keeps hanging up on me, I called him again and asked him why he hung up on me and he said because you have dialed the wrong number and I cant help you. As I asked do you not work for Turkish airlines he hangs up again!! I just want to talk to someone from Turkish airlines for some help with my tickets!! Disgusting behaviour!! He should not have a job there! Letting down Turkish airlines!

Possibly the worst airline I have ever dealt with. Inaccessible, opaque procedures for dealing with enquiries and complaints. Hours spent on the phone multiple times. Flights cancelled at very short notice, with no warning. Application for refund cumbersome and multistage, involving being passed from one dept to another, then being told we were a "no show" even though there were multiple emails cancelling the flights (2 days before departure) . A truly awful experience and I will never use them again.
