Service was very good Mr sunil and Mr Sameer was excellent service they was explaining every dish. Butter Chicken was excellent. ❤️❤️Thank you so much indya teams.

Loved the taste of every dish ordered at the restaurant with the expception of the dessert.
The Coriander fish Tikka was distinct in flavour, which really stood out.
Lamb biryani was good, but the butter chicken was divine, possibly the best in Dubai ( alongside Asha's).
The only downside was the gulabi gang dessert did not match the standards of the earlier courses, the jelebis were soft and not very crispy, overall however it was decent to eat.
But beyond just the flavour and innovation in the dishes loved the subtle touch of luxury added to the dishes which further elevated the expierence. Most fine dine restaurants focus on presentation, Indya is amongst those few, which also focuses on aspects of the food offered. The velvety finish of the butter chicken with perfect morsels of chicken, the smooth fluffy texture of the raita with the biryani, the velvety smooth chutneys with papad.
These efforts by the team, though subtle, added the extra magic required to seal the Fine Dine title.
