The food was extremely delicious and the restaurant has a beautiful and amazing view over the pool with a calm ambiance. The food!! oh my god!! the best Burrata and Tiramisu I’ve ever tried in my life, the service is a bite slow but the staff were welcoming and friendly. I do recommend it hardly.

I don't think I could have chosen a better place for dinner. From the moment we were seated, untill the end of our dinner, everything was flawless. The Manager and the new Chef were engaging and pleasant to talk to. One of the best Burrata and Tiramisu we have had in UAE.

Thank you to Mokamil as he ensured our evening was pleasant with his service and suggestions. Kudo's to all in La Strega.

Only negative point, for some reason there was no Valet service available for us. We had to park the car ourselves.

I have visited them twice. The place is very nice and offers a private atmosphere since it is not overcrowded. Interior is cozy and offers a good view. I liked italian music in the background, not oo loud to interrupt a conversation. Their service is super. Food mostly meets the expectations and a good thing is that they offer a real prosciutto ham:) I tried a beef carpaccio and one of their pastas and I liked them both. Unfortunately a pizza was disappointing: the dough was too fluffy and soft and they put too much cheese (the cheese itself was not good, I was wondering if that was a real mozarella) and therefore it was too fat and just not tasty. I missed a tomato sauce on the parma pizza (the only taste I felt was the cheese). This is their room for an improvement. I liked their wines and cocktails (sgroppino is super!) still, I do recommend the place (just not their pizza;)

Recommended by my Italian friends, La Strega was definitely one of the finest Italian dining in Dubai. The pizzas were cooked into perfection and everyone gave a thumb up. I myself had the seabass fillet with a green pea puree and was very happy with my choice. The crispy skin combined with soft flaky meat was just too good. Will come back for more.

Heard good things about La Strega from friends, went to try it our myself tonight. To be honest, i had higher expectations. it wasn’t the best experience I would say. Let’s start with the good things though: the service was good, friendly staff, nice interior and ambiance.
Food wise, our pizza was soggy. I had to return it and I still got it back soggy. We also ordered penne Arabiata. Pasta was a bit better, al dente as it should be but the tomato sauce had a strange sweet taste.
We ordered 2 appetizers, carpaccio and burrata. Carpaccio was nothing special, the rocket leaves felt a bit funny. The burrata salad was decent but again, nothing too special.
In general I don’t think it’s the best value for money. Iv had better Italian cousin experiences in dubai but if your staying at Le royal meridian and felt like having Italian, you might as well try it
