I had an extremely negative experience with the IQOS store, particularly with their technical support service. Despite purchasing a new copy of IQOS, the employee mistakenly provided me with an old Virgin model. Seeking a resolution, I reached out to their technical support department and engaged in communication for an entire month. However, the support employee proved unhelpful, continuously deflecting responsibility and redirecting me to contact another specialist. This lack of understanding, poor communication, and failure to address my needs have left me deeply dissatisfied. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of assistance and cooperation from a company that prides itself on customer support.

I do not see many customers here; rather, it acts more like an advertisement for the brand in this crossroads of the world, as Dubai International Airport is one of the busiest airports in the world. the new type of tobacco is called IQOS, which stands for "I QUIT ORIGINAL SMOKING."

I bought IQOS 3 from two weeks at terminal 1 and once I reached my home in egypt. it turned out to be faulty device. now I m not able to contact any customer service. as can't reach online to any IQOS customer service while in egypt. any help for same ???
